Don’t Trust This Guy Joe C. Gonzales he was paid $1800 to do some custom work. He had my car 4 months lying about he was working on my car. He never answers the phone or text and is never at his shop. He left my car outside his shop unlocked with the key in it unattended with no on at the shop and texted me to come pick it up only to find out that no work was done and he still has my $1800 deposit!!! DONT TRUST THIS GUY OR THIS COMPANY HE IS A LIER & THIEF!!!Services: Blast retention window films

Best friends husband and I purchased a clear UV windshield coating for her birthday (she has lupus and is allergic to the sun) July 23 2018 ... AND WE STILL HAVENT RECIEVED THE ITEM OR MONEY BACK AND JOE HASNT RESPONDED TO ANY OF THE NUMEROUS VOICE MAILS LEFT ...they didnt have it in stock so it had to be ordered we prepaid and have yet to get a refund or service.

The most unprofessional individual I have ever worked with. He did some wraps for me in the beginning that I was happy with. The last job I gave him a $750 check. Always gave me an excuse. I sent him several texts and called over 20 times and never called me back. He cashed the check and basically didn't do a job that I asked him to. I own several businesses in the hospitality Industry. I have never dealt with anyone like this. Basically stole from me.

Great customer service and replied at a very timely manner on messages. This is my second vehicle he has tinted for me and it turned out great. Id take any of my other vehicles to get them tinted when the time comes.

Joe is the man! He's been tinting my cars for almost 20 years. He's also helped me with a few stereo installs, custom boxes, alarm systems and interior customization.
