My wife and I were 110% satisfied with Stout’s Body Shop and with Loren’s attention to detail and service, only word to describe both is Outstanding!! We hit a deer that ran out in front of us one evening, entire passenger side front end was demolished. Insurance company gave us names of several repair shops but not Stout’s. Every one of those shops had to put you on a schedule, lead times anywhere from 30 to 120 days…. completely unsatisfactory. So decided to get on Google under Body Shops OKC/Edmond and found Stout’s. All the website reviews were excellent, that’s what made up my mind to use Loren and Stout’s. Initially, he thought the repair would take two to three weeks. When it was all said and done, how about 1 week. Quality of workmanship was excellent, I cannot say enough about Loren Stout and his body shop. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone in need of any kind of body work, you will not be disappointed. Stout’s is my body shop….. period!!Service: Body & Trim

What an AMAZING job!!!! Mr. Laren was so friendly and courteous. His work is just impeccable!! I brought in my brand new Ford F-150 Turbo-boost to be repaired after it was jack-knifed with a gooseneck horse trailer. He did such a great job!! It looks brand new again. And on top of all of that he finished earlier than quoted. Honestly! Such a great job!!! Highly recommend!!!

Long story short,Loren and his team are life savers!He paid attention to every detail on our repair and saved us so much money!I feel like I can not repay this man enough!He was able to get the total amount down and still save us our deductible! ?I had went to Jeremiah Carstar because they were highly recommended and had great reviews but was very disappointed when my car still came out as a “total loss”.Mind you, I only had body damage!My insurance (Geico) was not working with me but some how Loren got it done!Not only did he go above and beyond to get our insurance to cover the cost of repair but he got it done so fast, I thought he was calling to tell me bad news!The car drives smooth and looks brand new again!I will NEVER go anywhere else for repair work and I will always recommend this shop!I think other body shops should take notes!This is how you provide WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE and this is how you gain loyal customers for LIFE!Thank you!!
