The pinnacle of Mercedes dealerships. Recently purchased a second vehicle from them. Mohhamad was a pleasure to work with. Was absolutely honest and reliable. Highly recommended

Amazing dealership all around. I have a big fleet of sprinter vans and every time we come in it's a complete pleasure. She understands how service works and should be. The techs are 100% professional and are great explaining any issues. I'd recommend Mercedes to anyone.

It says a lot about a repair place that passes judgment on a customer because the vehicle is 10 years old. After my car was towed in, they never bothered to call me. Over a week later, I had to call to find out the status. They hadn't even looked at it; didn't want to fix it, and charged me for an hour's work anyway. What's worse is they couldn't even be nice to the tow truck driver (she relayed her experience to me). MB of OKC is a bunch of rude, arrogant, entitled, fascists who exemplify the meaning of the word ASSHOLE. Avoid at all costs! That was my 3rd and last Mercedes due to the deplorable treatment of this piece of shit business.

Vida Bundy is AMAZING!! If you want to purchase or lease a vehicle from Mercedes Benz of Ok City, she is your salesperson! I have sold cars for 20 years and have never purchased a car over the internet, so I was somewhat uncomfortable with being on the "other side" of the process. She immediately sent me a video of the car, answered all my questions with conviction, and assured me of the condition. The process was straightforward. Vida sent me a delivery video showing me the operation of the vehicle's features and confirmed that the car was in perfect condition before shipping the vehicle. Her process has me changing my process of selling cars on the internet, and I have noticed that I have sent more videos since I have experienced that impact on the buyer. She was attentive through each process, knowledgeable about the aftermarket products I purchased, and the professional salesperson that should be an example for all at her dealership.

If I could select no stars I would. You know after a while you realize they just cannot fix your car? We bought a new 2020 GLE and have had electrical problems from day one. They say they cannot duplicate the problem, yet we provided video evidence of the dash malfunctioning. If they cannot reproduce it then it is the computer not reading it, right? So, there are at least 2 problems. The car has been in at least a dozen times-same story. Instead, they want to replace brake pads or tires or whatever to make $. Run away from Mercedes. This dealer/owner is a friend, long-time, but we cannot depend on this car. Tried to get them to buy it back, they say too late. Here is a funny, the loaner-a completely different model-DOES THE SAME THING! It is obviously endemic to these new long dashes. Do not buy a Mercedes-they cannot fix your car and you will forever be in service.

I have to say a HUGE thank you to Lance and the whole service center! I broke down while on a trip from California I had to get me vehicle towed 2.5 hours to this location and even though it was a huge inconvenience they made it soooo easy for me. Somebody was in for the same reason and Lance asked if I could take them and they kindly agreed and I'm so thankful! I was in for a day and a half it was so quick and easy and I was able to continue my trip. So thank you Lance and who ever let me have the parts I'm very thankful :)

Complaint 1.We have been taking our car to MB of OKC since 2017. We have an older E class sedan. Over time I have been increasingly disappointed in the policies and services of the dealership. While our service manager George has been kind and amiable I often leave this dealership frustrated. This dealership touts world class service, yet when it comes to a customer paying for service in the form that is most convenient for them, they are not accommodating. I have had services done to my car on different occasions amounting $1k- 4K. It is more convenient for me to write a check and I assumed that MB would accept checks like any other dealership that deals with thousands of dollars daily. However when I came to pick up my car and was ready to pay I was unable to. I had a friend drop me off at the dealership as I live an hour away in Stillwater. So I had no car to drive myself to my bank. To further embarrass me, they had someone drive me to my bank so that I could get cash or a cashiers check to pay for the service. Luckily my bank also exists in OKC! How would I have been able to get home had my bank not been in OKC?? There was complete disregard for my circumstance and I was not made aware of their policy change in forms of payment before my visit. Surely in extenuating circumstances a general manager could have confirmed funds in my bank account and accepted my check for that day, but NO, there was no concern for my situation. In fact, I left that day feeling extremely dehumanized. Complaint 2.Now come 2021, I have had a couple services at MB performed since 2017. After getting the call that my car is ready for pick up, I come fully prepared, having called my bank to let them know that I will be paying an amount over the daily limit, $3K, I assume everything will go smoothly. Well, it did not, my bank card did not go through and I was left yet again with a check in hand ready to pay with the money available. Guess what? I was sent away again unable to pay in the form that is most convenient for me back home to Stillwater. To avoid this situation again I pulled the $3K in CASH to pay for the service and had to arrange another trip to OKC. The extra cost in gas and time is frustrating to deal with. Though I can't blame Mercedes for the error on my banks end, it is still very frustrating that they are unwilling to be accommodating in these kinds of circumstances. Out of any dealership I would assume Mercedes Benz would be accommodating to their customers because they claim world class luxury service and vehicles. Complaint 3.In 2018 and 2019 I had the service techs look over my car to check the CV joint, boot and axel among other things plus their full inspection. They send me a quote for repair of above named, claiming it is in need of immediate attention. We chose to wait on these suggestions, as it didn't seem to us an immediate issue and we don't drive the car very much or for long distances. Fast forward to 2021 and I have new tires put on and George our service manager tells us after we asked "what about the CV and boot," that "they did not find anything wrong whatsoever." Riddle me that?? Something needs immediate attention for $5k and three years later the problem doesn't exist?? This leads me to wonder was there anything wrong in the first place? Is this the kind of dealership that takes advantage of unknowledgeable customers and has them pay for unnecessary services? Or did the service technician not even look over my axel, boot and CV? Will I be driving down the road soon with a major issue or not!? Needless to say if you have read this review in its entirety, Mercedes Benz of OKC is not all that it claims to be.

Horrible service department!! Replaced a coil and four spark plugs for $800. Literally 5 days later my engine light is back on... decided to have another reputable service department check it out. Unfortunately, Mercedes Benz service department cut the hose to my turbo while removing my spark plugs. Careless work for a high price! I had to pay another service to repair the damaged hose that Mercedes-Benz caused. When I called to discuss the damage they caused (assuming it was an accident) but carelessly overlooked. They seem to care less about the position they put me in. My Mercedes will never go to this dealership for maintenance again!I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone!
