Went in for a haircut for father's day stood at the counter about 5 minutes with my 1 year old daughter and wasn't even acknowledged .

Do NOT let Tiffany cut your hair. A child wearing a blind fold has a better chance of giving you a better hair cut than her.
After I had checked my haircut in my car I saw clumps of hair missing as if it had been torn out. I had returned into the store and asked the other barber where Tiffany was and showed her my hair to which she replied “oh wow”, because she knew how bad it was. When I returned to show Tiffany my hair cut she responded with complete apathy and didn’t even apologize for how bad she left me looking. It was very embarrassing to know she didn’t even bother to try and could have left me looking how I did. expect some professionalism from such an establishment especially since I leave my appearance in your care. People are better off attending just about anywhere else.
I had used a free haircut coupon since my last visit no one tended to me and I was waiting in the lobby for about 40 minutes before anyone bothered to help me despite multiple people arriving after me and being helped before me.

Today I went 10 min before opening (8:50 am) and waited. At 9 am I opened the door and walked in. Two women at the counter . One of them (Amanda) told me to wait outside as they had money in their hand! I told them it was after 9 am but still went and waited just outside the door. A caucasian man parks and walks in! He is allowed to check in and is taken back for his haircut. Now I can only say that this made me feel that the women felt safer with the money with a white guy and not with a non-white person!! When I opened the door and asked them how they could allow someone else to get in ahead of me, Amanda's reply 'I only said 2 min!"Now they just lost a customer of 16 plus years as I was humiliated.This is to the owner of the franchise. I am not sure if your establishment caters now only to local white people which wasn;t the case all these years. But certainly the females need diversity training and training in procedure and manners.What an unfortunate incident.
