I had such a wonderful experience with them. I was helped by two different people and they were both very kind. They walked through different options with me and helped me decide which option was best for what we needed. We rented a wheelchair for my grandma who was visiting in from out of town and the chair was in great condition. When I went to return the chair, they remembered who I was and asked how my grandmas trip was. I was so blown away by their care and kindness. Such amazing customer service!!

The staff were very courteous and helpful and made all the arrangements so easy. They provide excellent service and have quality products. I have used them several times now to rent hospital beds and equipment and plan on using them in the future.

This was a wonderful experience and I would approve of Smiths Medical Supply to anyone who is making a purchase of medical equipment. We were greeted by the owner in a warm, friendly but professionally manner. He was extremely informative and able to answer our questions plus be fully knowledgeable of his inventory and products. I came armed with loads of questions, concerns and knowledgeable investigation of my own, knowing what I needed and wanted. My son was with me and he had his own questions and concerns as caretaker. There was no high pressure sales, but pleasant conversation which we truly appreciated. I made my choice which has been a life saving, easy to use and has live up to my specifications. Oh! You might ask what I was purchasing - a walker replacement, a Rhythm Healthcare product. It is a superior, smooth, elegant, beautiful walker! And that isn’t just my opinion - my family, emergency room professionals, ambulance professionals and even my doctor were very impressed with my selection. I can’t thank Smiths for helping me make a fabulous decision and purchase! Well done gentleman, I appreciate you and your company.

I do not recommend since they have an address listed on East 33rd with no sign of moved. Found the 601 S Broadway location that said open until 2:00 on Saturday and it was closed when I got there st noon. Also, called them twice only to get a recording and their voicemail box was full!

Very friendly and easy to work with! We rented a mobility scooter for the weekend, and the price was very reasonable. The gentleman I spoke with let me know if I had any problems to call and let him know.

Helped me last year when my knee scooter was broken and helped my boss get a replacement chair for his brother, very nice and helpful. I’d 100% recommend this company to anyone in need of medical supplies. You can tell their heart is in their work and they care about the people they are helping!

I live in California and corresponded with Ken Haley to remotely evaluate and buy a hospital bed and tilt lounge chair for my Mother who was transitioning to memory care. He was exceptionally helpful - sending pictures, sharing his perspectives on choices and working with me to evaluate alternatives. I can say without hesitation that he provided exceptional customer service throughout the process. He was responsive, timely and complete in everything we discussed and that he said he'd do. Not only were SME's prices competitive but the service was world class. He created a lifetime customer in me. Many business could learn a thing or two about superb customer service from Ken and SME. Great customer service! When I called in a panic, needing something before closing, they offered to stay open until I could get there. And then, when we realized I didn’t even need what I’d come for, they told me so instead of selling me something I didn’t need. They were a bright spot in a hard day! Highly recommend.

Great products and better people. I purchased a walked for my mentor when he was admitted to an assisted care facility. Jared not only got us what we needed but listened, and treated my friend with patience, dignity, and respect. He "walked" away a happy customer and I came away extremely grateful. If you are looking for products to help your friends or family having an easier time with everyday tasks this is absolutely your one stop shop.

Jared and the rest of the staff will take care of you at Smith Medical Equipment. I used to work here and the way they treat every customer is consistent and respectful. They sell some the best lift chairs, upright walkers, and scooters for seniors and the elderly. Easily the best upright walkers, lift chairs, walkers with seats, and adjustable mattresses in Edmond/Oklahoma City in 2021

We were out of town due to a family medical situation. My husband had forgotten his equipment. These guys had us setup and back on the road in about 15 minutes. I am so grateful and they were incredibly nice folks. Highly recommended.
