Oh these people are friendly enough but don't let that fool you. They do not stand behind their mattresses and will leave you hanging to be dealt with by the manufacture. Bought a Sealy pillow top mattress, in just over 2 weeks of having this mattress I called and told them this mattress wasn't working for me as it was sagging (already rump busted). They wouldn't do anything to resolve the problem but told me I would need to deal with the manufacture, I knew right then I was gonna get screwed. I bought an adjustable base with the mattress and when you put the adjustable base in the zero gravity position or any sitting up position the mattress sagged right where your butt sits. It was sagging 3 1/2" lower than the other side of mattress, checked it with a level no less. Sealy rep came out and said mattress had to be checked in a flat position and he used a friggin string to check it. I don't sleep with the mattress flat, whole point of buying an adjustable base was for my back problem. I'm a disabled Vet who injured my back in Vietnam and have had 2 surgeries and have been in pain everyday since 1972. Finally sprung the bucks for an adjustable base which was touted by this company to be the perfect thing for people with back problems. For 2 weeks it was great, my back felt much better, but just after that 2 weeks my back began to hurt again and as bad as it's ever been. This company does care about their customer. Once the sale is done you're left to deal with the manufacture. I was a small local business owner and I always try to buy from other small local businesses. Big mistake. Save your money, go to a reputable mattress company that is going to give you a guaranteed trial period and will do what they need to do to make their customers happy. This company won't. It is absolutely the worst local company I've ever purchased from. Their CUSTOMER SERVICE is crap. DON' T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY OR YOU'LL BE WASTING YOUR MONEY!!! It is a pitiful com to do business with. Trust me you'll be making a big mistake.

I was very surprised by the quality of mattresses they offer here. I expected it to be all just cheap memory foam, but was surprised that they have a full variety of types and even have some quality brand names. For example, they have BeautyRest Black for the same price as the big chain stores around town. But they also have some options not available at those stores, like Posh + Lavish natural latex foam mattresses. Even a split adjustable head Queen size option. There was also a brand of air channel mattress like you find at Sleep Number. We wanted a very firm mattress for back support and looked at 7 stores around Edmond and was surprised that the natural latex foam that is only sold in this store ended up giving the best support and comfort combination. Be sure to check them out before you make your final purchase.

Where to start…. EVERYTHING about our experience was 5+ stars!!!! Hands down the best furniture buying experience of our life!! Our salesperson Lynn was just the sweetest ever, very knowledgeable and helpful, and not pushy at all which was a huge win! We left other stores bc they were so pushy and just wanted the sale. This place is so far opposite of that! She was so stinking sweet to our girls too and gave them some toys to play with while we tested beds!!! They didn’t have it in stock that day so they delivered it to us today! Our delivery guys were INCREDIBLE!!! So kind and helpful!!! They happily hauled the old bed and away and truly went above and beyond!!! We will recommend them to everyone we know and we will be back to replace another bed soon!!!!

This company just isn't right.They don't respond to email or phone calls until you've already made a purchase.Then they tell you they can't deliver the bed you've already purchased online. They did not do right by me. Very negative experience. DO NOT SHOP HERE! They will only disappoint you.If I could give them a -5 rating I would. All these google reviews I read must be false and placed by the ownership. Very disappointed!
