“I live in Europe and had to clear my mom's house, so I had to rent a temperature controlled unit. They give a military discount, and was a good value for the money. I know my things will be there when we return with the secure gate to enter AND leave. If I have any problems, the friendly staff resolve them quickly. I priced several units in the area, and I am very pleased I was able to find this place plus I have peace of mind that they will take care of my belongings!

Still renting from them and I am still very pleased! Cynthia and Ronnie answer all my questions in a timely manner, my storage unit is clean and big free, and all items are the same as when we first put them in storage.

1 ? down to public storage, who raised my rent significantly after just 6 months! so disappointing because i moved from cubesmart climate control (which also provide lighting inside their units) for the public storage rental rate!
i do appreciate corporate's offer to reduce my payment back to the original rental price for at least 3 months. thank you!”
“Storage unit was clean. Access was good with key pad entry. Didn't like not knowing when my introductory rate was going to expire. Then pow it went up one month! They give you the 1 month warning but you have your stuff in there so you dont move it out right when rates go up!”
“Chloe was the selling point. Her infectious smile and welcoming attitude was a great start to my visit and honestly my day. I greatly value my time and she wasted none of it. She was able to not only perfectly access what exactly i need in size but also coverage for my valuables as well. Hands down the best experience i have had in my search for a storage and now i have one.”

“It’s very convenient being by my house. Unit is easy to access. I had trouble opening the gate with my app…got annoyed that I had to keep entering the code manually. The office was always closed when It was here but today Makayla was working and got me fixed up!! Great customer service!!”

“Amazing service! It was my first time getting a storage unit and I had forgotten to complete my paperwork online, but I’m glad I did because I wouldn’t have had the best interaction with Perry. He was so informative and walked me through the process. He even drew me a map of where my unit is located and showed me how to access my gate code through the mobile app. I’m glad I had chosen this place to store my belongings. Perry is fantastic!”

Needing a storage unit can feel stressful and inconvenient at times but, Sean makes the process a little more bearable. “Clean, priced right, and the workers are very helpful. I needed to dispose of an old, damaged bassinet but the dumpster was full. The guy at the front desk came out and disassembled the bassinet for me and fit it into the dumpster. Highly recommend!”

“We Showed up at 5:57pm to ask a quick question on a specific size and if they had it available. I knew they closed at 6 but figured my question would be quick. Joshua made my husband and I feel welcome and not rushed. He answered my question and even offered to show us the unit. Which I thought was excellent customer service. He didn’t have to do that as they were getting ready to close. I appreciated someone who cares enough about customers to stay late. Long story short. I rented the unit that evening and will continue to be a customer. Thanks Josh you’ve made my very first storage unit rental experience an excellent one!”
