Excellent customer service ! we needed a hard to find seat belt receptacle , they were able to take our old unit and put a new buckle on it to match the new receptacle .

Top notch company to purchase from! Ordered a set weren't fitting correctly, my fault contacted Chris was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. Set me up with what I needed, gave a refund I didn't expect. Belts fit beautifully and are well made! I cannot praise Seatbelt planet enough, thanks to the team for the incredible service!!!!

Neil at Seatbelt Planet was so very helpful. I called with a seatbelt retract issue for my Chevy 1500 Express Conversation van, which don't have mid row Factory seat belts.The Chevy dealer could not even help me.When I asked before calling Neil.Neil offered to take a look at what I had and determine if the faulty seatbelt could be repaired. He said just send it out UPS and within 4 days I got a call and it was repaired and working fine.Problem was a twist in the webbing at the end of the spool. So final cost was $40. On just shipping and handling thru UPS.Thank you very much Neil for being a very great buisness worker and helping out my problem!I am going to recommend this place to everyone that needs seatbelt and service.

Good selection of products, customer service was polite.I ordered two shoulder loop bolts for my OEM seatbelts, paid 17$ for two day shipping.One week later, still no bolts. Called them, was told “that’s just how our shipping works”.One rep. Told me I’d receive the bolts tomorrow, the next told me i’d receive them in two more days. No refund or anything.

As a first time customer, I ordered custom seatbelts for my classic car from seatbelt planet but turned out to be a bad experience with one of their customer service agents. I won't give their name, but the bungled service resulted in me sending my seatbelts back for a refund. I called the CEO and told him about my experience which he was more than gracious by not only giving my refund, but satisfied me by assuring that he would back me up for any future business with his company. He also went out of his way to provide a discount to ensure that I was satisfied with the outcome! I appreciate that the CEO took time for correcting this incident and personally making sure I ended up being a satisfied customer. Thank you!

Ordered set of lap belts just before Covid-19. They called me very quickly and explained their position. I called back a week later as I could not wait and ordered them from another source to get vehicle done and delivered to my customer. A month later they billed and shipped the belts to me. I contacted them and they promptly credited my my card immediately and couldn't apologize enough. Very good company to do business with. When things go wrong is when you see what type of business it is. Great people great products. Defiantly will be doing business again.

Steve was unbelievably helpful. I called with questions about seatbelts for an old Land Cruiser(not a common vehicle) and he knew all the variations by year model and walked me through testing procedures for my current seatbelts. Awesome service!
