How do I begin saying Thank you? Scott, you are a very impressive person and the same for your staff and company.
Not used to the exceptional customer service that you provide before, during, and after the sale of the house. Words escape me. I just went to the mailbox and found a box of those sinfully delicious brownies from you on my birthday. Your timing is spot-on. Also, the card inside and the ecard in my email. I am humbled and all I can say is, Thank you. I cannot put into words my appreciation. Looks like an extra 20 minutes on the treadmill.
My wife and I love the new house, the neighborhood and I still look around in amazement that this house is ours. Buying a house is one of the “big” events in one’s life and can be scary and stressful. Your company made this streamlined, easy, and fun.
