I've been at this location recently and it was closed because of lack of staff. I have a friend that applied yesterday and had a scheduled interview for 1:00pm but the manager didn't have the time. Maybe... Just maybe... You have trash management and they aren't capable of doing their job?

The food is SOOOOOO flavorful & delicious! The staff is so very polite & nice! Everytime!!!!! The food is always, always correct & fresh! Try the fiesta chicken sandwich on the jalapeño cheddar bread! It's the best! All their bread is a "crispy/fluffy/chewy" texture in alllllll the right ways, as it always has been! Thank you, Schlotskys crew!!! ♡ I love coming here! (They have small, med/reg & giant sandwiches, too!) And a medium sandwich can definitely fill me up, but I love their menu items so much I definitely order more than I need to b/c it's all sooooo good!!! Xoxo

I placed an online order for a single salad. Told me it would be ready in approx 7 minutes. I arrived a minute or 2 AFTER that time frame and it took them another 25 minutes to get my salad out to me. I asked for someone to check on the order to which they replied "I think it is done or they are about to start it" 12 more minutes go by so I kindly ask for a refund. 2 ladies in the back immediately looked at me and said I would have to wait 3 days or so and they could not take care of it bc they were too busy. As I waited, 3-4 walk in customers came in, ordered and received their meals. The 2 ladies in the back became extremely rude to me and said that is not how it works and the online orders get filled when they have time. They were yelling loud enough that the entire restaurant could hear them. I will NOT be going back to this location again. Terrible customer service!

Went for lunch during a weekday, to dine in. There was no crowd and the restaurant was up-kept.We ordered tomato bisque soup and a chicken salad. Had no issues with our order and food was good.Only issue I had was the service as the front counter was a bit short in their answering of questions and then the soda machine was out of various drinks all at once. So that put a slight ding on my experience since I couldn’t pick my usually options (root beer or sprite).
