I used to work here so I may be biased, but I think this is one of the best Sam's Club store in OKC. Very helpful staff!

I cannot thank employee's SCOTT & DONALD (Tire/Battery Department) enough for their help replacing my truck battery that fortunately decided to fail while in the Sam's parking lot. I went in and explained the situation and they came right out to check the charge on my current battery. They used a battery jumper and I drove the truck right over and pulled it in to the work area. Luckily they had the size battery that I needed and promptly replaced it. They both were very kind and helpful and I couldn't thank them enough for helping me out of a bad situation! Many thanks SCOTT & DONALD! You both were just awesome! (I just want to make clear to Management that this situation took place on 1/19/2022. I apologize for taking so long to get my review posted.)

This review stems from the fact I purchased a membership a couple months ago, presented the mail flyer with the offer for a membership cost rebate to the help center/ membership employee with the promise of a gift card in the amount of $45 ( cost of my membership) within 4-6 weeks. I have tried to resolve this with corporate and a man from the Philippines emailed me today saying he needs the flyer to verify this offer had been made to me in the first place. So….that’s where I am & I’m a little grumpy about it. I would appreciate some help from the store where I bought my membership. Thanks .

We really enjoy Sans club. They have a good selection of quality merchandise. They have a good selection of clothes that are very reasonable. Great selection of groceries. Only drawback is that so often you have to buy in large quantities. Workers are usually pretty friendly. We have the Sam's Plus membership card which seems a little pricey initially. But I think you get 2% back every purchase and I know for us it pays for our membership every year. We only have to pay initial membership.

Our son just bought his first car but the headlights looked yellow and discolored. While buying tires we saw a sign that Sam's did headlight restoration for $40 and it comes with a 5 year warranty! We decided to give it a try. We couldn't be happier! Our son said, "wow, the car looks new now!" Highly recommend! Great job Sam's!

Really appreciated being served a frozen hot dog in the cafe while telling the guy behind me they weren’t ready! Also appreciated you doing absolutely nothing about it including offering me a refund! Your service has gone so down hill it’s an easy choice to switch to Costco with this kind of customer service.

They have what we don't have at Walmart's, like the case of 4 different flavors of Shasta and swimsuits for my 4 year old.

Had Screw in my tire near this location. I called and they said they could help me out with my situation if the tire was in stock if needing a replacement. Sam's club fixed it for free for members!!!! 5+ stars I had some shopping to do and they had me in and out in less than 45 mins. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I am so pleased that this location was in the right place at the right time. If I lived near this location I would definitely shop here more! Super pleased with the team members and the layout with this store. All tire service crew should be commended for a job well done! Respectfully Bryan Yukon, Oklahoma

Once I was a fan of Sams. I converted myself to a costco-ian in Princeton NJ soon after its shop was sadly closed. Now the Sam's club here is strong. Now I am weighing costco and Sam's, but slowly leaning toward back to Sam's! The big down side is traffic!!! It is really hard to get in and out. The architect was unwise on its design of entrances and exits. I found good prices of many items and gas compared to costco. Worth try! Oh and unlike NJ a membership card is enforced here at the gas. It is a poor idea. Gas is an attraction for memberships.

Customer service is horrible, employees are rude, store is not kept clean. And employees DO NOT follow Covid19 rules, but the mask police will verbally assualt you for asking for items to keep safe.

Bought a car battery and they removed the date of manufacture sticker and said I needed to keep the receipt in case it failed in 3 years. Sam's claimed this for my protection since the 3 years started at time of installation rather than manufacture. This seems like a sneaky trick on Sam's part where they hope you lose your receipt and they won't have to honor warranty. Shame on you Sam's Club.

We chose not to renew our membership because of this location. It's the only one relatively close to our house and the service here just SUCKS. We typically shop in the evenings 1-2 hours before they close when the crowds are not as busy. This translates to a ghost crew running things and bare shelves. I made the mistake of trying to buy some jewelry here in the last month of our membership. We got there a little over an hour and 45 minutes before close and did not get checked out until they already locked the front doors. It took several trips to the front counter asking for a manager to open the jewelry case before we even started the process. Apparently only 1 person carries a key and when they're on break, you're s*** out of luck until they come back. If they would have told us that from the beginning, we could have simply returned another day. But it was a cat and mouse game with a lot of attitude before we got through that adventure. The final straw was a debate with the door gestapo about our scan and go order. They couldn't get their reader to scan our barcode and actually had the nerve to insinuate that our payment must not have gone through or it would scan. Fortunately the other door checker came over and showed them how to do it the right way, but it was frustrating and embarrassing nevertheless.
