Scheduled a simple rotate & balance for noon. Showed up on time. Told it would be an hour. Walked up an hour and a half later to see if it had been finished & was told they hadn’t even started.
Had to get our keys and leave without even getting our tires balanced. The truck is shaking because they didn’t balance it correctly last time we got them balanced.
They were taking walk-ins ahead of us.
We have small kids and it’s hard enough waiting an hour, let alone what would have ended up being well over 2 hours.
The excuse was they only had two guys, which is totally understandable (if you’re not taking walk-ins ahead of those who proactively scheduled).
Everywhere is short-staffed right now, but tell me that when I get there and that the hour might actually be 2+.
Not angry, just disappointed.
Will be going somewhere else next time.

These guy go above and beyond. Have a car that has a battery that is a real pain to replace and I won't spend the hour or so fighting it. They did it with a smile and very graciously declined a tip for keeping them after hours an extra 30 minutes.

I cannot thank employee's SCOTT & DONALD (Tire/Battery Department) enough for their help replacing my truck battery that fortunately decided to fail while in the Sam's parking lot. I went in and explained the situation and they came right out to check the charge on my current battery. They used a battery jumper and I drove the truck right over and pulled it in to the work area. Luckily they had the size battery that I needed and promptly replaced it. They both were very kind and helpful and I couldn't thank them enough for helping me out of a bad situation! Many thanks SCOTT & DONALD! You both were just awesome! (I just want to make clear to Management that this situation took place on 1/19/2022. I apologize for taking so long to get my review posted.)
