Online it says the store closes at 7pm went to the store at 6pm was told there closing so either they need to update there store hours online or stay open to the hours that is advertised yeah I think this is why people go to goodwill more

This store has been one of my favorite thrift experiences ever. The best prices! So much stuff. Kind and helpful employees. Always great finds.
Lately, I’ve noticed their tagging methods create holes in their clothing. I’ve turned down so many items because of the damaged fabric in the middle of a sleeve or outfit. Their competitors prices are higher, but the clothing isn’t damaged as the tags are placed in the seams. And they offer returns. Please Salvation Army, be more careful with your tagging so that I can continue to shop your store!!

Really huge store the he decor is priced good. However the clothing isn’t. I do wish the clothing was sorted by size!

We went in to get a couch and when we found the right one they helped us load it in our truck and when we jokingly asked if they were going to help us unload it too, after checking with the person is charge, Jonathon said he would. He followed us home and helped us move the old couch out and move the newly bought one in our house. He went above and beyond. The best customer service we've had in along time.

This used to be an awesome thrift store. The last several times I've been in have been increasing disappointing. The cloths are disorganized and everywhere. There are crammed on some racks while others don't have much on them. Dressing rooms have huge piles of cloths stacked in them. This was the worst experience I've had.

Great prices and selection. I did notice some significant stains and rips on items that were priced as better quality items. The staff are helpful. A lady overheard I was looking for water shoes and brought out some from the back that she inventoried.

Went to this store yesterday and left with a bitter taste in my mouth. A cashier (unsure of her name but she’s older with very short hair) was extremely loud and rude to me upon check out. I was standing by the cash register, when I looked back and saw a line forming. No one was at the cash registers, so we all just stood there patiently. Two ladies behind me said to me that there had just been three cashiers not too long ago and now no one was there. I told them I had just seen them going to the room up front, perhaps they were in there talking. Then, this lady who was super loud and extremely rude, yelled at me telling me “I AsKed you if YoU weRE ReADy to ChEcK out and you diDn’T RePLy, So I WeNt To dO SoMeThInG ElSe”. First of all, I did not hear her talking to me whenever I WAS STILL BROWSING… if I was ready or not, there was no reason for her to yell at me without thinking I wouldn’t talk back. I wasn’t the only customer waiting in line. She had a line while her cash register was vacant.. idc who you are, you do NOT yell at customers. Her job is to keep an eye out in case a LINE FORMS not just the customer whom she had asked ArE you ReAdY. Horrible customer service from this lady.. hopefully management sees this reviews and discusses her behavior. It takes a lot for me to say something or to be ugly.. she told the ugly out of me that day and I will never go back and spend my money there again.

Every Wednesday when they have the 25% off sale there’s this older guy who buys and resells jeans and hogs the entire men’s jeans isle with his cart and doesn’t let anyone in to look at jeans. He’s literally in the isle for hours. And nobody is allowed to go in there, my boyfriend tried to look at a pair at the end of the isle and he pushed his cart in front of him so he couldn’t. The staff or corporate really needs to handle this situation. Is completely unfair that low income people and families can’t buy jeans that are discounted at a reasonable price because he takes them all and only leaves the damaged ones with holes all over. This man is greedy and takes away from people who actually need clothes just so he can profit off of it. He’s there every single week. Is this what salvation army stands for? I thought they stood on the unfortunate/ low income people’s side. I guess not since they let him get away with this every single time.

Big store. Lots of stuff. Wish the price tags weren't stapled to the front of clothing. Staples leave holes!! Clothing is hung up by color not size.
