I wanted to take a moment and share my experience. I couldn’t get my wedding rings off and spent nearly 2 hours trying everything. I was at the end of my rope. I called this store and they said they charge $38 to cut rings off. I went in, the guy working there took care of it. I didn’t get his name, but he was so nice and at the end told me not to worry about the charge. I started to cry because his kindness really turned my day around. I will definitely be back for any jewelry needs because of my experience here. Thank you!!

Very friendly! Very knowledgeable. They took my mother’s wedding ring and turned it into a beautiful drop pendant for a necklace. Beautiful! Thank you to this entire group of staff for a very enjoyable experience.

I had to take refuge in this jewelry shop after waiting for a bus that didn’t show up for more than half an hour to take an Uber home. Joyce and Destiny were accommodating and offered me some water and Funyons. Since my phone’s data wasn’t working as well as I hoped, Destiny offered to type in their Wi-Fi so I could catch a ride home. I was already exhausted and weathered by the heat, but these ladies helped turned it around! Thank y’all!

If you want or need to buy jewelry this is the place to go! Their jewelry is beautiful I love just looking at everything! Ms. Jackie is so kind, the owner is as well. We enjoyed talking with them today! They take the time to talk to you, and I never feel rushed! Destiny usually helps us, and she is so sweet too! Ask to see her turquoise jewelry! Her pieces are amazing! I love everything you have and your beautiful little shop! Nothing better than a family business! Thank you for all your help today, and in the past! We will definitely be back!

Rings Etc. is truly a gem. The level of customer care this family owned business has is incomparable We purchased both of our wedding bands from here along with a few specialty estate pieces. I absolutely love their selection and enjoy coming in. Me and my fiancé had the best experience with Rings Etc.! They were very helpful to us when we had a tight budget and gave us exactly what we asked for!! Super friendly staff and welcoming!
