Prevail is just different! I've done the 5-day split in the weight room, HIIT and CrossFit and none of them are actually comparable to Prevail. The different types of sessions are well planned, easily modified to accommodate my specific limits and fun! What I'm most surprised my is how much my cardio vascular health has improved in the last 5-months. I recover more quickly during strenuous exercise and my resting heart rate has decreased significantly. The instructors are all awesome and the members even more so.

The whole Prevail team is amazing. They design plans that work for almost any level of fitness. Everything can be adjusted to accommodate your individual goals. I am constantly learning new things, and that's after almost ten years. Can't say enough good things about this group.

I’ve tried HIIT gyms, boot camps, CrossFit - you name it and I’ve finally found a gym and community that works at Prevail ❤️ The workouts actually teach you how to properly lift and teach your body to move in a way to increase mobility and get strong AF ? Not to mention the people and trainers are amazing too!

I am thoroughly enjoying my time with Prevail Fitness! The instructors are incredible - they'll help you with anything you need and they are all very knowledgeable. They've even helped guide me with my nutrition goals. There's plenty of class times to choose from and I can always tell I've gotten a good workout in after class. I've lost 17 lbs of body fat and 4 inches off my waist (while gaining muscle!!!) in the first 3 months. 10/10

I couldn't be happier at Prevail. The "I don't know what I'm doing" jitters was instantly put to ease by the helpful instructors who breakdown exercises in an easy to follow way.I have issues with one of my knees and sometimes can't perform a certain exercise. Instead of skipping the exercise and missing a portion of my workout, the instructors help me find an alternative exercise so I don't miss out.Being able to compare my fat loss and muscle gain as often as I want using in-body is an awesome perk. I recently had my first "quarterly check-in" where measurements are taken and compared to when I first started. These check-ins really made me feel like I had a goal I was working towards because I wanted to improve from the previous check-in.In addition to tracking your body progress, you've given a binder to track your strength progress as well. In the past, I never logged my workouts but this is such a neat way of seeing your progress through the weeks/months on paper.I've learned a lot about nutrition and how to eat better by attending some of their extra classes and watching their social media videos. Just put it in your face.Something that might fly under the radar is how personal Prevail feels. The instructors know your name and will have casual conversations with everybody and are always available to help. I've never felt out of place, uncomfortable or scared to ask questions. The owners know your name and will acknowledge you every time you see them. This may not seem like a big deal to a lot but it definitely has made me like like "I'm a part of Prevail" rather than "I take classes at Prevail".

Before I found Prevail, I didn’t know what to do at the gym, so I didn’t really like going, so I didn’t ever go. Now, I love going to the gym. Prevail has taught me about exercise, but they’ve also created a community that has become a special part of my life. I’m thankful for Prevail. 10/10 highly recommend.

Prevail is great! They take the time to gauge where you should start so you maximize results effectively and efficiently. The class sizes are perfect, it’s clean, and the people are great. They also go over nutrition which is a huge plus when you get started. I can’t recommend Prevail enough!

After trying so many other places to get in physical shape, I finally found the “one”. The culture at Prevail is unmatched. Every instructor there knows you on a first name basis and they are very supportive and consistently guide you so that you see results. It’s a family atmosphere-all of the students are great. They cheer you on. I’ve made forever friends here!

Prevail is just what I needed in my life. The system Prevail has designed helps keep me engaged and wanting to go back for more. I have strength I never knew I had and I feel great in my body. The owners were wonderful to work with when I had some personal issues and needed to take a leave of absence. The trainers at Prevail are awesome too! Oh….and Prevail is Burpees Free!! Lol

The trainers at Prevail are great! They go above and beyond to make sure everyone is engaged and successful! When work got busy and I missed a few sessions, they reached out to make sure everything was ok and help me feel empowered to get back into the routine of attending sessions. Never any judgement, but constant steady support.

I started at Prevail in November. I utilized their personal training services for three months to rehab from my second back surgery. They prepared me for group training. I’m stronger than I’ve been in years. Lost a little weight/inches, but most importantly the programs have added strength where I need it to prevent injuring my back again.
