Worker didn't wash under nails or hands prior to starting the nail procedure.Did very little filing. Service was what I thought was very over priced. The employee was ESL but spoke English clearly. . She used gender related nicknames to me such as honey and dear. I find this language demeaning, both to her and me.

will not go back and do not recommend anyone else too. i went in a little before 7 last night thinking it would be okay since online and on their store door it said they close at 8 but when i got inside they said they had shut down their machine to have you pay so i was going to leave but one of the girls there asked what i needed done and i said i just gel, i don't need them shaped or buffed considering i had already done it before i got there so i get my desired result and she told me to sit and she would do my nails. as she was doing my nails she pulled out a file and the mechanic nail buffer and did it anyways after i told her not to multiple times and kept saying this is better even though i DID NOT want it done. then while she was painting my nails my friend noticed she missed a whole side on all of my nails but thought she fixed it until she saw it when we got home. then today literally not even a whole day later one cracks because of how thin she filed them too and a air bubble popped up in a spot because she messed up. so i called the salon and tried to ask for my money back because the experience i got was not worth the $20 i paid for, they said to come in so they could take a look at them after saying no matter what they will not give me my money back. once i got their they were very rude and i think it was the manager who talked to me acted like i was stupid and kept saying no she needed to shape them because that's what best for them and that they are professionals and know what they were doing when clearly they weren't. when i showed her the problems i had with my nails she kept saying that they weren't supposed to cover the whole nail with polish because that's not how it's done and it's not supposed to touch the cuticle but if that's the case then why touch the cuticle on the other side, and when i showed the crack and air bubble she kept saying i can shape them to fix when that's not what i wanted at all i didn't even want her to shape them in the first place. THEY WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR DOING YOUR NAILS WRONG!!!!

Got pedicure with gel. For what I paid- it was not worth it. The guy I think named Danny--does not give good massages. Did the whole pedicure in a weird order compared to thousands of pedicure experiences I have had before -- he painted my toes and then put lotion/oils on my feet and legs....then gave a really lame massage. I won't return. I think the owner was next to him and was watching ? and confused at what he was doing but she didn't intervene nor say anything. Pretty odd experience

Awful experience will never return there , soaked my feet in water and painted toe nails that is it then charged me $15 for a little strip of wax on end of eye brow didn’t even do complete waxing ridiculousServices: Waxing

Went 2 and half hours before close to be told I needed to schedule an appointment because they were tied up. The place was empty and the employee talking to me was the one getting her feet done. Ridiculous. All I wanted done was for my acrylics to be taken off. Not even redone.

This place is TRASH and gave me toe nail fungus and was dirty! I don’t recommend coming here unless you want to get an infection!

I was charged $75 dollars for a little girls mani pedi and a basic, non gel, mani pedi for myself- where I received nothing but cleaning up around my nails, scrubbing my heels, and a 15 second massage. The man who serviced me seemed to just make up the price off the top of his head. After my pedi, he asked if I wanted a basic mani to which I said yes- which for some reason mean no polish to him. When I told him I wanted polish, he said it wouldn’t be a good idea because I had to take care of my kid and my nails would get messed up. After I said it would be fine, he said before he paints my nails, I needed to pay him first. (I’ve never had to pay a nail salon before my service was even over) When I handed him $80 he rudely told me I only gave him $50. Then he gave me the wrong amount of change back. Overall, this man who did my nails needs a new job. Never going back.
