Sold me an unhealthy betta, had it for 3 days, and refused to exchange it for another hopefully healthy betta. I didn’t have a receipt because I trusted they sold healthy fish and threw it away. The low intellect cashier and manager refused to do an exchange on a…$4 fish. I’ve bought bettas at Petco’s in the past, but I will never darken the door of this one again. I should’ve followed my instincts the other day to not shop at this store because there is an overwhelming smell of dog feces-they don’t clean and it’s therefore likely unsanitary. Back to Petsmart.

I went to Petco on Bryant and 2nd, in Edmond bought 10 femail guppies, on May 2nd, and just about everyone of them have died. I have had my tank seat up for years, and my fish I already had, are fine. For now I hope the fish I bought didn't contaminate my tank. Do not by fish there!

First off this was my first time using this grooming service because of the good prices on line when I book my dog appointment it gave me no option to say what size dog is so after his service I was charged for a large breed dog price and I also added for him to be deshedded and he got in my car with so much hair flying off of him I was confused as of how much hair they got off him yeah I think I’ll stick to the grooming place I normally use at least I don’t pay for extra deshedding and he doesn’t put out hair all over after his grooming service thanks but no thanks over priced and not worth it

We have become regular visitors to ALL the PetSmart locations in and around OKLAHOMA City recently because we have become increasingly active in aquatic life/aquarium culture and fish and aquatic life and landscaping as a hobby. Our most recent visit was awesome and I am very impressed by the staff at the Edmond location. They are friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable. What I liked most was their attitude and willingness to give advice, but also the fact that they were always willing to LISTEN TO US, and help us with our questions and give feedback, but also allow us to make our own decisions! We have been to the “other pet stores” and they overcharge, and I just wasn’t impressed with ANYTHING about the company or staff. Just saying… PetSmart is the place to GO!

I brought in a kitten that I have rescued. She had an eye infection, a severe ear problem, fleas, and an upper respiratory infection. I received a coupon for a free initial exam and was able to get everything needed to help this kitty for a very reasonable price. The vet assistant and cashier had great customer service skills, and they were knowledgeable. The doctor was not particularly jovial, but he was busy. He did answer everything I asked and was very attentive for the small amount of time he was available. I will continue to go to this vet and would highly recommend it.

Haylee groomed our Toy Poodle Angel today who was extremely hyper, and her saddle cut over grown. I thought she'd have to give her a low cut all over but she saved the booties And the saddle. Thank you Petco and Haylee!

They took on memorial day weekend, I request to put our beloved house dogs to sleep. My father was very emotionally bound his dog and it’s been hurting him excruciatingly bad ever since she had to be put down. You will have be made of stone to not realize how devastating it must’ve been. The people who were at Petco were very comforting and did an amazing job for the cremation. They also threw in the paw print. I think that’s genius and very nice thing to do.
