We were greeted as soon as we entered and when we left. The pet food choices are focused on healthy more natural food options for your pets. They even offer refrigerated foods for both cats and dogs.As cat owners we were impressed with their selection of dry cat food options but even more impressed that the store offers dry cat food samples that allow you to try a new type of cat food without having to commit to buying a whole large bag of cat food that your cat may or may not eat. This is something you won't find in any other pet store in the Edmond area, and really sets this place apart from their competition. We really appreciated how open the layout of the store was since my wife is in a wheelchair. This open layout is also ideal for bringing your dog with you to the store, since it allows space to be maintained between dogs of different owners in an effort to avoid conflicts. There is also a knob at the checkout counter for securing a dog leash enable to checkout without having to play tug-a-war with your dog while digging for your wallet.Lastly the bathrooms were extremely clean and accommodating for wheelchair users.

Pampered Pets

The spa side was a bit confusing to me. I tried to make an appointment but it didn't Work. At least I could not make it work so I went somewhere else For a bath and haircut. i was totally fine with the vet and my dog's exam.

324 S Bryant Ave, EdmondI brought in a kitten that I have rescued. She had an eye infection, a severe ear problem, fleas, and an upper respiratory infection. I received a coupon for a free initial exam and was able to get everything needed to help this kitty for a very reasonable price. The vet assistant and cashier had great customer service skills, and they were knowledgeable. The doctor was not particularly jovial, but he was busy. He did answer everything I asked and was very attentive for the small amount of time he was available. I will continue to go to this vet and would highly recommend it.

This is the only clinic where Bailey doesn’t shake when we get here. They all love her and call her by name and give her all the attention! Prices are reasonable and staff is top notch! They’ve done surgeries on Bailey, cancer vaccines and ozone therapy all to help her overcome her fight with cancer

Danforth Animal Hospital
800 E Danforth Rd, EdmondI've been going to Danforth Animal Hospital for a few years now, and I recommend them to everyone. I'm going to attach the total paid so others will know what to look for. The cost was affordable because we were able to save up in advanced. Routine maintenance was cheaper in price than the emergency surgery my dog needed last year to have some teeth removed.
The dog received his yearly checkup.
The cat received her first checkup, which included three vaccinations. she is aggressive around people (That's why we received Gabapentin to use next time we have to bring her in.)
Total for check-up on two pets, one returning and one first time: $741.90

2017 N Kelly Ave, EdmondGood staff. Clean. Thankyou for taking care of our senior cat! ?⬛ Update: our senior cat passed the next day. I do not have a veterinary degree. However, the post-op medication for pets called Simbadol (buprenorphine) was the cause of his early passing. It was very traumatic due to him not being able to move for hours, he was not able to pee, to drink water, he stayed in the same spot for at least 12 hours. Tux couldn't even move his eyes. We were not made aware of the possible side effects. Tux had signs of ongoing compromised kidney function. Buprenorphine is metabolized by the liver and excreted by the kidneys. Tux should not have been given Simbadol. He passed away only 12 hours after the medication was administered. Please be aware, I am not blaming the doctors. They did the best they could. However, we should have done research on this medication before giving consent to administer this medication. Rest in peace Tux.

3500 S Broadway, EdmondDr Streeter is the best at what she does. She has a great reputation and knows what she is doing. She is highly regarded among the Veterinarian Community as the Orthopedic Specialist for Dogs.
Another aspect of her practice is that she teaches and shares her knowledge with the OSU Vet Students and Interns.
Aleena was Dr. Streeter's patient for 1.5 years while healing from a broken leg. Highly recommend!

Abri Animal Clinic
3720 E 2nd St, EdmondWe ended up rescuing 4 German Shepherd puppies from a really bad situation and called probably 30 vets in the area. Dr. Crosby was able to see them first thing after the weekend and had by far the most reasonable prices in town for seeing a small litter. He looked over each of the pups and recommended waiting on vaccines until they build up some strength because they were incredibly malnourished. None of the rescues would help, and the Humane Society won't admit them to the foster program until they are no longer ill. Dr. Crosby and and his receptionist went above and beyond to help equip us to take care of these pups until they are healthy.

840 NW 164th St, EdmondI can’t say enough about Santa Fe Veterinary Clinic. Dr. Robberson is fantastic. He is very caring and knowledgeable. It’s obvious how much he loves animals. The staff and techs are always friendly and helpful. I have two of my kitties being boarded there now for two weeks. One with diabetes who requires daily testing and medication. I am completely comfortable leaving Suzy and Buster knowing they are getting excellent care. I highly recommend Santa Fe veterinary clinic!

However, for complex surgery they outsource it and my experience with that surgical vet was a disaster, though no fault of this Vet. They make you feel comfortable and that your pet is important. You won't go wrong for taking your pet here. Price is middle of the road, but will not break your wallet.

117 NW 142nd St, EdmondDolly my Toy Poodle just successfully completed her two week boarding training for preparation to become a therapy dog. She was a very happy, loving dog who was prone to being distracted very easily. After her training she has mastered the basic commands and heels beautifully even off leash. She is much more focused but still has that fun loving personality when given a break from her work. Door dashing and absolutely ignoring the come command before training were the two things that worried me most before her training as I live in a rural area with coyotes, hawks, and a road used by very large oil trucks right in front of my house. All three of these things can be fatal to a dog that weighs less than five pounds. I feared on one of those outings while she resisted getting caught, harm might happen to her. My wonderful trainer taught her door manners, that door dashing is a thing of the past, and the come command that she responds to quickly. I feel these two skills may very well save her life. She loves visiting our local nursing and extended care homes and now soon hospitals. She gives so much love and brings so much happiness to all she meets. Thank you Devon and Off Leash Training for all you taught Dolly and for all you taught me.

117 NW 142nd St, EdmondI was very hesitant to leave my pup at a doggy daycare and our family spent a lot of time researching all of the facilities in the area. Our puppy was also assessed at a few places and we decided that Pawparrazi was the best.
To be honest, I was still worried leaving my pup all day. She has always been anxious with new people and other dogs. It has been 3 weeks since she enrolled and I can say that I am finally comfortable leaving her there. She is no longer showing signs of anxiety when we get there and she is always greeted with love. I know that she is well taken care of all day and that is what matters.

Greatest American Dog Trainers

Travis is excellent about not only telling you how to implement positive change but coaching you through the steps and empowering you to train on your own. He celebrated our wins, helped us overcome obstacles, and he has been a key instrument in my dog's rehabilitation. My three-year-old dog went from anxious and frustrated to calm and content. So much work goes into making a difference in your dog's life, but we would not be a success story without Travis. Trusting this man with your dog will be one of the best decisions you make for them and for you, just like it was for us.

I noticed they offer sugar free for ALL flavors and have a variety of dye-free options. Found out in the fall they have seasonal shave-ice and house made hot chocolates. Looking forward to tying those.

Don't eat at the location on Memorial because they don't even compare (memorial is Dark, Drabby and the staff is inattentive) it's like they are owned by Two different people. Edmond location is GREAT !

I also got their chocolate croissant and a chai iced tea which were good. Service in making the tea and croissant was also prompt and effective. Cool artwork adorns the walls and there are many nice couches, sofas, tables and even separate rooms to go into and use. Definitely recommended!

I had the Maine lobster and it was to die for, while my husband had the Wagyu which he really enjoyed. My first time trying escargots as well, simply delicious! The house old fashion was incredibly smooth, and that’s coming from someone who doesn’t care for whiskey. Would absolutely return, even just for the coffee, which was some of the best coffee I’ve ever had in my life.

Jake helped me quickly find a table and took my order immediately. I had the Bayou Bennie with Andouille sausage, which was perfectly spiced. It had two poached eggs that were on point. It was a really good breakfast, with a great variety of coffee with their own Barista. I will definitely come back next time I’m on OKC.
