Childish kids at counter. We’re of no assistance. Didn’t bother to help. Happily greeted me out the door instead of offering help. They fought about who was going to check the cylinders on my vehicle. And that’s as far as they got. Would never come back here. I always go to auto zone. That’s clearly where I went wrong. Would never come back. Every time I give it a shot. It’s solely becuase of convenience. However it’s always only a waste of time. Lazy. Poor. I would personally never employe the people that o Reilly does.

I asked for help looking for engine oil as a female that's not something I'm super familiar with. I took a look at my Manuel, and just needed direction in what type of oil I needed. Kids at counter were very childish. Not helpful. Playing. And gladly greeted me out instead of asking if I needed help. Told me to go to isle 5 on the left and left it at that. Horrible service. Another person before me also walked out empty handed. Do not come here. Go to auto zone. Or else where. I came here because I stopped by sprouts. But I will never ever do business here again. You would have thought that I asked them to fill it up for me. Horrible. I personally would never employe any one of them. 3 kids. No use. Sad.
