Went through the drive through and ordered a bottle of Kim Crawford SB, was told they dont have any more, drove around to the front, parked and what do you know… a bottle of Kim Crawford Sav Blanc. Not sure if it’s laziness, incompetence or both (likely). Just hit the local liquor store, they’re more deserved than these minimum wagers. Used to fill up and go there every morning when I lived in Iron Ridge, do everything I can to avoid it now. Only going to get worse with those apartments they built across the street. RIP OnCue. Lol

The staff at this location have been amazing. We live across the street and we got approval to put up signs for our missing dog. Sadly the GM didn’t care for helping out the community and removed the flyer. Where 7/11 reached out and asked if we canted to put flyers on their pumps. So even though I was an on cue girl, I’ll go back to being a 7/11 girl. I support who also supports me and my family. And it is no longer on cue.

The staff at this location are awesome. Sadly the GM is another story. Got approval to put up flyer for our missing dog, we live right across the street. But the GM took the flyers down. Will stick to 7-11 where they asked me to put up more if I wanted, at the pumps. So yeah I want to support the businesses that want to support me and my family when they are in a shitty situation. Which in this case is not on cue.

My wife had to use the drive-thru, small kids in the car and she couldn't get unload them. An employee walked inside and saw her. Another employee walked by the window, multiple times, on his phone, saw and ignored her. She sat at the window for 15 minutes. I had to call the store to get someone to help her. She got the wrong order and when she asked for the correct item, the aggressive employee had an attitude. She did eventually get the item she paid for. Will not be visiting this location anymore.

Another employee walked by on his phone, saw her outside and ignored her. She had to wait 15 minutes. I had to call the store to get someone to help her. She got the wrong order and when she asked for the correct item, the girl got mad and had an attitude. She did eventually get the item she paid for. I never get online and write reviews but I felt this was warranted. Will not be coming back here.

I can't tell you enough times how much I love oncue. Usually the cheapest gas around cheap fountain drinks "go big red" and plenty of gas station foods in the shape of sticks
