My husband and I stopped in 15 minutes until closing to buy a printer. Personally, I feel like a printer with extra ink cartridges is a substantial purchase, but obviously the cashier, *.*., did not think so. *.*. came up to me while my husband was trying to find the extra ink cartridges and asked if I was about ready to check out as it was exactly 9 pm at that point. I replied yes, to which *.*. told me to, “wrap it up.” I’m not sure whether this is a reflection of our youth or Office Depot’s hiring policies, but they almost lost a several hundred dollar purchase. I will not shop at this location again. This rude service reflects poorly on Office Depot’s management.

If you need something printed, the staff here are quick and efficient. I have designed and printed all of my wedding stationary here. Only once did I have to return to see if they could align something (nearly impossible) for me and they did it!! They even helped me understand what to do next time to have better results.

I was asked to fill out a survey on my receipt, but unfortunately my digital receipt did not have a link or code to do so! The manager at this store (I believe his name was Craig) was beyond helpful, and you'd be hard pressed to find better assistance elsewhere. I swear he knew the strengths and weaknesses of every printer in the store. One of the best customer experiences I've had in years!

I placed an order for a book to be spiral bound. Unfortunately the book was to large and tight to be spiral bound but the employee didn’t realize this until having already cut off the book’s spine. This could have ended badly but it didn’t! I was so impressed with the manager and staff. They called me to apologize but ALSO to correct their error. They paid for a new book to replace my copy. They made sure to do all they could to help with the issue. I value that honesty and taking ownership for their mistake. I’m happy and grateful for the good customer service.

Rick at the copy center was rude and unhelpful from the moment I walked in. I attempted to explain to him that I needed some help printing because the way I am sent the documents is through a link. This is the first time they have refused to help me. Matt the manager of the store tells me that he doesn't know how things work because he is new. This is why management should always have experience in the field they are hired under.

Great place to shop AND work, but I was just told by an employee that you don't carry 2-prong power cables for printers. I immediately found 3 on the website. I KNOW that is NOT how Craig trains people in this store. Employee should have attempted an online order for this. Still a great store, but maybe Corporate should let Craig or the current store manager know about this.

Azaad at Office Depot was extremely helpful in selecting the correct laptop for our office. He took the time to discuss various options that fir into what i was looking for.An extra 10 minute trip for me but well worth it!

I needed a power box to plug in an old laptop. Two crew members helped me find what I needed. Office Depot had it in stock, which was important since I needed it that day. They were helpful and personable.

Starting with Clint, very helpful , knowledgeable and very patient handling the inquiry and subsequently the sale of a Dell PC.Jennifer helping me with troubleshooting, programming, explaining nuances about functions of the new Dell PC. Also very patient.Every employee I came in contact with, was respectful, and courteous.A good experience overall.
