I just wanted to give big kudos to Cesar cashier at natural groceries. His customer service was amazing. Made sure I had everything I need before. I left the store and even came out and gave me my vanilla extra that I left in the store by accident. great job Cesar.

Prices are high couldn't believe they have frozen meat and fish was expecting a better selection of meat. Customer service was good

The people are very professional in what they do. I went in to find a specific item and they didn’t have it but she ordered it for the shelf so that they will have it when I need it. Can me to find out not all Oklahoman are rude and unprofessional.

This is our favorite Natural Grocers. The store is just the right size. It does a good job of keeping shelves stocked. The staff are all friendly and helpful if needed

Honestly one of the best stores I've been to. Many options for food and I recently bought some of the makeup they sell in a section of the store and it is quite literally the only foundation I have found that's in my exact shade

I have gone to this store for some time in order to purchase vitamins but recently had a poor customer service experience. I buy fish oil regularly and have not come across a quality problem and so I normally don't keep my receipts from Natural Grocers. On the last occasion when I opened the bottle of fish oil a week after purchasing it it smelled pretty rough, which has never happened before. When I tried to return, exchange or get store credit for the bad fish oil pills I was refused by the manager because I didn't have a receipt. This is poor customer service for a regular customer and I won't be going back, nor can I recommend this store to others.

Found what I wanted, pickles! These are by far the best that I like and enjoy. Clean store, all helpful staff, and the checkout guy was super awesome. Got a free bag too so that was pretty sweet.
