Avoid at all costs if you plan to buy a house, Zarina is the worst banker I've ever had the displeasure of having to work with. Giving 5 hour deadlines, and then not answering questions, or phonecalls. Nice job. Go to any other boa or bank.

Impossible to get a hold of a real person when you call. When trying to get assistance for an elderly family member, it took multiple trips because we received a different story each time. They do not call you when they say they will.

I do not recommend this bank. No drive through, always a line inside at the teller, the smell, the stagnant environment. I kinda feel bad saying that because the people are nice, but each time I come in I think to myself "I hate this bank!" Today it took over 35 minutes waiting in line to simply deposit one check.

The location on Bryant does not have an atm outside nor a drive through and it doesn't open until 10am terrible service for those who work

Closes at 4 during the week, no drive thru service and the ATM isn't accepting deposits. No other BOA's in my area. Keep up the good work.

They open an hour after the normal work day begins and close an hour before the normal work day ends, so the majority of the working class can't access them.
I show up at 4 to find their doors locked, which isn't usually a big deal considering the drive-thru hours run later. I pull in to the drive-thru and they have a sign posted that they've completely gotten rid of the drive-thru options in exchange for the full service 24 HR atm, which they've had for years, but now all of a sudden having a convenient drive-thru with appealable hours is too daunting. And by the way, the ATM is not full-service!
This is the most inconvenient location I've ever visited and they speak to you in such a demeaning way when you walk in, in those 4 hours on Saturday that are outside normal work hours when the majority of the people have to cram in all their errands.

Very disappointed in Bank of America. Went to the branch located at 333 N. Bryant a few weeks ago to make a deposit and arrived after 9 AM but, the branch was closed. Just tried to make another deposit today Saturday morning at about 10:30, AM. Oct 10, 2020 and the branch was closed. Drove several miles to the Quail Springs branch located at Memorial & Penn which was supposed to be open. It was CLOSED also! Finally, after driving several more miles out of my way to 41st and Classen I found one that was open. I was patiently waiting in line and although I DID NOT want to use the ATM an employee talked me into making my deposit through the ATM. (She would have offered better service had she opened the third teller window to help the deluge of customers the branch was getting due to the other branches being closed. Apparently, I couldn't remember my pin number which means I had to get back into line and, had lost my previous place in line. Very disappointing service.

If you dont have an account and you need to cash a check get ready to be treated like a 2nd class citizen. Your average wait time is around 45 minutes. Your herded against a wall with other non-account holders where your wait begins. Lanes and tellers are wide open but they can't help you. Every employee is very bothered that you are even there. To top it all off they charge you 8 dollars to cash your check.
