There was no teller in the lobby. A woman in a bright blue blouse was on the phone and while she was on the phone, she instructed me I needed to make it withdrawal slip in order to get a cashiers check so I went ahead and did so while she was still on the phone.
I waited for a while and she decided to help me and she had a very snobby attitude. She told me it would be five dollars for my cash check.
I shared with her that I always went to the branch on Santa Fe and this is the second time or third time that I’ve had a problem coming to this branch. She told me it was a problem that the other branch wasn’t charging me for the cash check and she would call the branch manager over there.
She was definitely more superior than her customer and she made it pretty clear that she would just do an exception to stop me from complaining. So I told her absolutely not. I would be delighted to pay her and just pay her cash for the five dollars for this stupid thing, anyhow I will never go back there again. I have had more problems than once going there, and I have to say they are the most unfriendliest people in that bank I have ever met at Mid First.

I bank at Midfirst Bank and they are so helpful and anything that has changed in the banking world they sit down and help you. What is very important to me is customer services whether you are rich, disability or fixed income.

Irene has the best customer service skills I’ve ever experienced with any banker at any branch location for this (or any other bank) ! Extremely knowledgeable and helpful ! Moving my other funds to this bank because I know she will always work in the best interest of being as fair as possible to the customer! Thanks for the great service and experience with both personal and business banking needs!

This bank barely deserves this one star. I got into it with them when they gave me the run around about holding my paycheck for an extended period of time. They gave me different reasons why I couldn't have access to my money. I had verified that they had literally received the funds. Then to top it all off when I wanted to close my accounts, they closed my husband's business account as well. I am not on his business account. I don't dictate where he banks. That's his decision. I guess they hated me so much they decided to get rid of him too.

Find another bank. They need to hire people that know what they are doing. I have no confidence in the bankers who are supposed to have experience.
