Firstly I went to Edmond metro by t-mobile. We asked for mobile promotions and her reply was very rude.
I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Metro by T-Mobile that I feel compelled to share. The customer service representatives and management engaged in fraudulent practices that resulted in me being overcharged beyond the original price.
I contacted customer service to resolve the issue.
- The representative was unhelpful and dismissive, refusing to acknowledge the mistake or provide a satisfactory explanation.(This was happened at Hefner metro by t- mobile.)

My BF came into this metro PCs and was helped by shrie ,she helped guide him which best phone would be best for me as someone who loves taking pictures...... she was highly helpful,nice and informative on switching over my phone including my picture,password and everything......I love my new phone and watch to match .I'm def returning to this location for all my metro PCs needs ..... thank u

RITA is great, very helpful nice and patient. I have been here 2 times in one day with an issue I am having with a line but she has been great and so much help with the problem she was able to help me out and I am very thankful!

Oh my gosh...the worst customer service experience ever! After paying my bill on time for over a year on 4 lines only to discover the most important phone, mine, which was the most expensive and I know I had told them I wanted insurance on it...I trusted them to have put the insurance on my phone and they never did. So I had been paying for insurance on everyone else's phone apparently without knowing it until I needed to replace my phone. Went 4 days back forth between insurance and metro and never got any resolution. My advice save your self the trauma and go with another company. The people that run this store took no responsibility to make their mistake right and wasted my time. I've never been treated so disrespectful in my life

My daughter needed a replacement phone after being dropped, the representative Rita was amazing! She was patient and happy to help. Totally recommend if need a phone by t-mobile or Metro to go and ask for Rita?

Bought a phone there the lady was very helpful. Went back a few days later to exchange the phone same lady told me phones can't be exchanged. I called customer service and yes phones can be exchanged. Don't think I will be going back to that store. Owner asked me to email him to discuss my situation . I did email him and he never bothered to get back to me so I switched my phone carrier

I have had Metro by T Mobile for 6 years now and it by far exceeds all other phone companies. Their service here in Edmond has been outstanding.
