I dislike punch cards and my recent, and now last visit at this store, is a perfect example why.If I hadn't returned one of my purchases, I would have gotten a stamp for the 2 items I was getting (worth over $25). However, since I was doing a return and the sales lady chose to ring it up as an exchange, she said I don't qualify for the stamp since I didn't pay $25 - the difference in my exchange was $17. We went back and forth about it, but when I realized how stupid it was to argue over a stamp, I said so and put the card back in my wallet. It was also at that moment I decided I wasn't coming back to this store, too.I get her argument, but I still think she was wrong. If I hadn't returned anything, I would have gotten my stamp, but it felt like I was being punished because I did do a return - I know, it's stupid, but that's how I felt and you would have to. I don't care about the stamp, but it's principle of the matter. The product is good quality, and pricey compared to drug store make-up, but it's that reason I expect better customer service. I'd rather not have to deal with punch cards, that way I don't feel like I'm being cheated out of anything when things like this happen. I gave 3 stars because the sales reps are helpful, even though this last one is the cause of me not coming back to the store. Oh, one more thing that's annoying, no prices on most items, at least not on the stuff I was looking at.
