Stephanie was the BEST! She took a lot of time showing me several cars. And while I didn't find the car that was quite what I was looking for, I remembered how much time she spent with me when I was looking for my van. She showed me loads of options to convert for travel/business and gave me a very fair deal on exactly the options I wanted for my Van. BTW, the crew gets some pretty incredible gas mileage to boot! I recently purchased a used vehicle from Mercedes Benz of OKC. My salesman Chris Hales did an amazing job handling this transaction. The professionalism displayed by Chris and the entire staff made my out of state purchase a no hassle, straight forward experience. This was by far one of the best dealer experiences I have had.

Found a used 2017 Lexus RC 350 F sport with 40,000 miles for $30,600. I was on a time crunch and since it checked all the boxes (low miles, routine maintenance, 1 owner, no accidents, great photos and video), I bought it for full asking over the phone (my fault, I will never do that again or I’ll get a 3rd party inspection). I came with my own financing. It was an easy, virtual sale for them. I give a 5 star review for the sales lady named Stephanie, the airport pickup service with AJ and their finance guy. However the rest of the what I experienced was very disappointing.
I noticed a decent sized body issue on the underside of the door panel upon arrival. The car had just been washed and it looked dirty in one spot (see photos). I got down on my hands and seen the damage. It appeared as though the underside was caught on something sharp. It was taped with duct tape and painted over. Everyone at the dealer claims they never noticed it prior. Odd? because if the car went up on a lift you would’ve definitely noticed it. I noticed it within 5 mins. Stephanie had the used car manager take a look at it and he sent her back to me with this response: “It’s not that big of a deal.” I was annoyed and surprised he didn’t have the decency to deliver the news himself, so I requested to talk directly.
He said “even if they had known about it they wouldn’t have repaired it, that would’ve costed too much…” He said they “possibly would’ve repaired it had the car been a ‘23 or ‘24 but with it being a 2017, it wasn’t worth it.” I had to say that a 30k purchase was no small sum because I genuinely felt like he was referring to the car and sale as if it were pocket change. He apologized that it was never noticed and went in circles about it being too expensive of a repair. Basically the deal is done and it’s your problem now, Sorry!
I knew a job for $3k would never have been fixed at that point. Flying 3 states over to buy a car that was new to me and seeing a gash on it, covered with duct tape really stung.

We bought an ML350 with Debra's help 5 years ago. So naturally she was the person to look for when we wanted to update. She helped us through purchase of our 2020 GLE350. Of course all the systems were totally different from our ML, Debra explained how to operate all the new things so we were comfortable to get started. Debra is our go to person when we need help. Next purchase will be with her for sure.

My wife and I could not be happier with Mercedes Benz of Oklahoma City. We initially bought a car for her there. We have been extremely happy with the dealership and the quality of a Mercedes Benz. We decided to trade in my Range Rover Land Rover and buy a Mercedes for me. I love it. We actually just bought another Mercedes for one of our kids. She loves it. We will continue to buy from this dealership. Debra Osborne in sales is wonderful. Nick in service is awesome and will definitely take care of you.

I recently bought a vehicle from this dealership and they made the process way less stressful for me. Chris Hale was amazing! Didn’t know what I wanted but he helped me find the perfect car! And it doesn’t have to be on brand. If you need anything you should see him! Give that guy a raise! Also Mark DelCastillo was wonderful, so transparent and helpful in finalizing the deal. Would recommend this place to anyone! Thank you all so much. Will definitely be back when I want something different.

After researching hundreds of cars I seriously started looking for a vehicle for my wife. Stephanie Bybee answered one of my online requests. I asked about the condition on the outside of a particular model that was advertised on line and she actually made a personal video for me to view with every detail. That video told me I was in touch with someone who was willing to do the extra to get my business. I then called and made an appointment. When I arrived I met her. My name was on a placard on the car with the scheduled time I going to be there for my appointment. Again I saw attention to detail.
Stephanie went through ALL the amenities which was almost overwhelming. We then took a test drive and chatted about her experiences in selling cars and how happy she was working for the dealership.She also kept explaining the details and features about the car.as I was driving. After we were done I explained that I would need to bring my wife back to test drive the car. That’s when Stephanie said why don’t you take the car to her. Wow!! After some photocopying of some insurance details I took the car home!
My wife of course loved the car. I came back later and said let’s negotiate! Within a few minutes she was congratulating me on our purchase. Here’s the special thing about the whole car purchase! My wife HATES the negotiating part in purchasing a car and one of the reasons she didn’t come in the first place. I’m not a fan either but here’s what happened.
I didn’t get angry. I didn’t get frustrated or have to wait for hours on end when negotiating a price. It was actually a painless experience. That’s a first I’ve ever had in buying a car!
All in all my car buying experience was excellent. When we came back to pick the car up the staff was attentive to again explaining all the features we could enjoy in our purchase. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Stephanie
She restored my faith in buying a car and now I know it doesn’t have to be a painful ugh…experience.

questions. Made the entire process smooth, quick & easy!
I don't like to spend a long time talking to the Sales Manager & others. BJ knew the answers, so I only had to speak with him. Got Me to the Finance Manager who only took several minutes as I was paying cash. If you're looking for a new Mercedes I would encourage You to speak with BJ.
