What a disappointment! When it first opened, this place was great. I got new brakes and came back for other services, and was always pleased. But management has changed, and now they try to nickel-and-dime you with hidden charges and surprise entries on the final bill. On my last visit (May 2024), I got terrible service. Then I had a long argument over a $25 add-on charge to pay for their shop rags and business overhead. Plus they added things I didn't want or need, and charged a string of ridiculous "labor" fees. And all I did was buy two new tires and get an oil change. Why do businesses change management once they become established, and then try to screw their customers?

The Man did their best to get my truck going but it still had the same problem whenever I left it’s been like that to the past year and a half with my truck. I don’t think it’s their problem but they definitely didn’t fix the issue.

This was my first experience at Meineke. The staff I spoke to was friendly. They gave me a $20 coupon off my oil change, which I wasn't expecting and only charged $20 for a tire rotation when the dealership wanted $40. Good first experience.

The people, the place and the work, everything here is fabulous. They are quick and most important of all, they are so genuine and considerate with every complaint you throw at them. I had the one of the quick and best experiences here . Already marked this place as a fav on my maps. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I have an older truck so sometimes hard to get a shop to do muffler work. I had a small job but they treated me like I had been doing business with them forever. No long wait...positive attitude.....no problem with price.Chris and team do great work!!
