I had a wonderful experience and found some great products. If I am remembering correctly, I worked with a woman name Toni, she was so kind to check in the back a bunch of times for all the items I was hoping to buy. She was very kind, personable, helpful, and made my shopping experience delightful. The store was well organized, clean, and peaceful.

I went to the Edmond Store to shop and buy a bed Wednesday, 20 Mar 2024. Susan was my Sales person. It took a very long time to process my order because I am a disabled veteran and am tax exempt. We left without getting our receipt as we were told it would be emailed. It was many hours later we received the receipts because other customers had come in. We were told our bed would be delivered Saturday. It was not delivered. I was told there was a communication error and that the manager would give me a call. I have not received any calls or emails regarding my experience. I am not usually one to complain but this was a horrible experience all around. I also noticed that the mattress I wanted was not the one that was ordered. So the mattress scheduled for delivery today is a hybrid rather than full foam.
I am editing this review today Mar 25, 2024 to let everyone know that I went into the store and spoke with Robert Foote - district manager who made this a much better memory than the one I had. He gave some compensation and did apologize and assured me that the issue would be addressed. I now expect delivery of the full foam mattress this Thursday!

Purchased bed pillows, was able to try them at the store lying on a bed, we think they will be a very good pillow. When the time is right for us we would also purchase a bed, quality products. Get salesperson.

We Worked with Patrick at the Edmond location. Really enjoyed our experience. Patrick help land us on the right mattress setup. All the other sales staff that was around with other customers were very friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommend Mathis Home companies. We will be back for our next furniture purchases. A++++++++!!!!!!!!
