This was the 4th place I had went...and had already called 3 differant places who couldn't help me. I was looking for a post op shoe for my son who broke his toe. I had a prescription and hadn't realized that they did not work with insurance companies. It being the end of the month and no spare cash at all, I started to cry.( because that's what I do when I'm stressed). It was only messily $20 but I didn't even have that. We live about 40 minutes from Edmond and the clerk advised that the closet supply store that worked with insurance was in OKC even further from our home.
The clerk could see the frustration and overstimulation in my face I guess because he offered to pay for my sons boot so we didn't have to treek any further away from home.
I've never been here before except for today. And they showed compassion, empathy and selflessness. I would highly recommend getting your medical supplies here at Lindsey's medical. ( as long as it's private pay!)
I can't remember the name of the gentleman who helped us. But I'll forever remember his selfless act of compassion. Thank you for turning our aweful day into a better one.

Had a small problem with my breaks, took my walker in and they were very helpful and courteous, fixed it in less than an hour. Can't remember the two that were there, but they are awesome. if you need a walker, wheelchair or whatever, please go to the store in Edmond, you won't be sorry.

Went to the Edmond location to look at mobility scooters for my wife and I. Brian and Jonathan were amazing. They went over the different models in detail and helped us pick out two scooters for us. Lindsey Medical is top notch. If anyone is needing medical supplies or equipment, you need to go to Lindsey Medical.

We are purchasing a recliner with heat that helps Mom stand up. A friend purchased one six months ago from Lindsey Medical Supply and she is delighted with hers. Our salesman, Jonathan is excellent. He’s making sure that we have a chair that is the right color and size to fit the buyer. I highly recommend the chair and the store in Edmond. Great chair and wonderful sales team.

Lindsey medical has an abundance of help for medical supplies to be used in a home environment. They have a wide assortment of mobility chairs, both electric and manual. They have CPAP equipment. Wound care supplies. Mobility aids, such as walkers, bed side, come out, canes, walkers, etc. They have wound care supplies and small medical equipment-- such as blood pressure cuffs, stethoscopes, scissors, gait belts, etc. It is a home health nurses go to store. They do not file insurance, which is my biggest frustration with them. They are a little pricey, but when you're accustomed to being in the home, needing something to take care of your patient you're very thankful for whatever you can get at whatever price as long as it's not an arm and a leg. I am shocked that they have a 2.5 rating. Their staff is very friendly and helpful.

What a great store! Broke.my foot and had to have surgery. It's been a nightmare getting around. We went to Lindsey and had a great experience at a difficult tome in life. Andi had great suggestions with honest and helpful recommendations of equipment to improve my mobility. The store has a Wide selection of equipment and devises. Andi made informed suggestions at different pice points. Lindsay thoroughly explained my bill. I cant recommend this store more. Great merchandize, but. the young women I encountered are exception !
