I got here at 20 mins before closing and it's all locked up! If you close earlier then update your info. Not great to drive a distance and waste a customers time. They have wonderful products but need help on customer experience!

We recently went on a search to replace 2 sofas and walked into Lifestyles in Edmond. We were helped by Laura. She is FABULOUS!!!! After visiting other furniture stores and not finding what I was looking for, I described what I wanted and she got on the internet. She found a manufacturer out of North Carolina that had the EXACT sofa I was hoping to buy. And then, instead of point me to a hundreds/thousands of fabric samples to pick from, she asked me questions and started narrowing it down for me. She worked with me until I had picked out the PERFECT fabric. She has great insights, great design ideas, and she is super friendly! I LOVED working with her and ended up getting 2 of the most luxurious sofas we have ever owned! I HIGHLY recommend working with Laura. She is a GEM!!!

Five years ago we built a 4,000 sq ft home and used Lifestyles for every single light fixture, interior hardware and door knobs. The selection was excellent, multiple price points available and our builder highly recommended. At time, we were offered lifetime guaranty and exchange for LED bulbs and that our purchases would also be "in the system" in case of replacement/warranty etc. The initial follow up with Kathy/Sales was excellent but since her departure the customer service is progressively worsened. That the sales staff feel so comfortable, even emboldened to be dismissive and rude to the sales promotion we were offered at purchase is disheartening. And not just one- but another joined conversation sarcastically stating they didn't have to provide this service but they will. The fact that I was the ONLY customer in the building in a weekday afternoon speaks volumes about the success they have in attracting and maintaining a customer base. I would recommend window shopping here to see selection of beautiful fixtures but absolutely purchase elsewhere!

Today I went into lifestyles to look for a new light to replace my entryway light. I was in the store for at least 15 minutes not once did one of the staff stop to greet me say hello or acknowledge that I was there. There were two people working that day one other person in the store who they happen to be helping after about 15 minutes of walking back-and-forth I decided to leave and call the store for my car. The sales person became belligerent and argued with me that I was not in the store that long and that eventually she was going to speak to me. In what world or country does that make sense? Customer service 101 a customer walks in, you simply acknowledge them with a simple hello I'll be with you in a moment. Is that unreasonable? This is a store I will never ever patronize again. I've never been treated so poorly in all of my days. Then to have a customer service representative make excuses for their bad behavior, management you need to do better. Racial profiling, rude, arrogant staff. Owners get a clue.

Walked in and was able to look through the entire store without anyone approaching me or asking me if I needed assistance. Everyone else was asked. ?

I was very surprised that the prices were so reasonable here! I looked online to get an idea of what I wanted but my builder gets their lights from here so when we went to choose our lighting, LifeStyles' options, quality and pricing was much better. Can't wait to see how everything looks installed.

Worst customer service... I will not recommend. They just want you to buy but wants you to hurry -up. Never seen a sales person who do not know how to service there customer. I will not even prefer 1 star for this company on customer service especially the staff called Danny..good thing is I record everything..

We needed a new ceiling fan and decided to try LifeStyles. I was afraid their prices would be out of our range but we found a really nice one that fit within our budget. Danny was the gentleman who helped with our order but everyone is just so nice and very helpful.

New home and patio fan blade flew off nearly hitting me ! All they say is that they can order me a set . It is not 8 months old yet. I will never be back. Thank you for your response, but I DID NOT BREAK IT ! It flew off as I was watching tv , , also I only moved in on December 15th . The lady I spoke with was insisting that Taber installed it wrong. I am 61 sorry if I don’t get up a ladder to check it.

Awful. The review that states “if you want to be totally ignored this is the place for you” pretty much sums it up. Must all be hourly employees with zero management. We went to order some Graber Blinds from what is listed as their local distributor. I guess we’ll try the manufacturer directly.

In the process of remodeling a couple of lights in our home and after googling light warehouses close to my area, this location came up. So I decided to stop by and see what they had to offer, and I can say it was so many different styles that I hadn't seen in other stores that I've visited. Once walking in, I was not greeted, and that was ok with me being this was my first time here. I wanted to look around first before being bombarded with a salesperson asking what am I looking for. Strolling halfway through the right side of the sales floor, gazing over their merchandise, someone did come up and asked if we needed some help; we told them no, and they did offer us to find a salesperson when we did need assistance. We finally saw enough of the store and had some questions, and that's when saleslady S (sorry, I do not remember her name, but I do know her desk is located in the back, right by the doorknobs) she answered our questions regarding polish brass and brushed nickel and also, took us to there touchscreen kiosk that gave more options. The layout was excellent and bright, and many lights on the sales floor were on sale. We didn't make a purchase here, but it gave us a better idea of what direction we wanted to take in our home.
