Since moving here I have been using dry cleaner further away. Thought I would give it a try. Granted I had a large drop off. 20 to 25 pieces I think. Slacks l, dress shirts, a few suit coats. When I asked how much it would cost they said they couldn’t tell me until it came back. ??? Been using dry cleaners over 30 years. I’ve never been told that. Picked up the dry cleaning several days later. $205. Wow. Clothes are clean and pressed so I gave it 2 stars instead of one. But the prices are astronomical. Looking at other reviews this seems to be a common feeling. Won’t be back. Just know you’re in for a big bill.

Was quoted one-day turnaround time on item after disclosing time sensitivity with important interview. Did not inform me that a minor alteration would cause item to be delayed. The employees are happy and kind so I don’t want to leave a one-star review but it did put me in a frustrating position.Services: Alterations

Dry cleaning job was fine, but cost 3x for the same job I have had done elsewhere in Edmond. Won’t be going back.

Aweful experience! They advertised 15% off, very close to my new place, even though low rating thought I would try. Big mistake. Did not honor the 15%, could care less if they have my business, and they charged $29.99 more than Swiss cleaners in okc without any discount. Now I have to go pick up my comforter they manager refused to clean unless their price and I will not pay those rip off prices. I’m upset and they don’t care!

Closed early on July 15, 2022. Arrived at 2:55 pm and they were closed up, lights out. Sign on door says they close at 3:00 pm on Saturday. I need my close for work!!!!!! Update your sign! Thanks

They were rock stars! My son let me know on a Friday that his ROTC pants had to be hemmed by Tuesday that he had to wear them then. We got the pants to them Saturday morning and they turned them around to us by Monday at 6:30pm. Thank you very much for your help and getting it done when there was no time.

Lightning fast service and love that they text you when your items are ready for pickup. Dropped off clothes in the morning and they were ready that afternoon.

Thoroughly impressed with Legacy Cleaners. Clothes were cleaned and pressed perfectly. Staff is so friendly. Always enjoy getting a coffee while there.

Always had a good experience with the actual dry cleaning of my husband's clothes.. but the people are never nice at the Covell location and they're closed on Sunday :/

I took my shirts to this cleaners to be laundered, and when I got them back, they had so much starch and chemicals that I could not wear them. I specifically asked for very little starch. The girl taking the clothes was rude, and seemed to want to argue with me about how I wanted them done. I washed them in my washer at home, and they still have a very strong chemical smell. I took them there because I didn't have time to do them, but now I have wasted my time and money. They are close, so I will try them again, but I am very disappointed in the service this time.
