I've been with this insurance company for around 15 years. Through the years they have taken great care of me. I've had other companies give me insurance quotes here and there and never has anyone come close to competing. Not only dollar-for-dollar but also customer service, time and responsiveness. I could go on and on all day. I've never had a bad experience what's this company. I suggest anyone give them a chance you'll see it's all there.

From buy a new home, adding on vehicles, trailers, and new drivers, they have been absolutely accommodating to all our needs and adjustments. I've been with LeBlanc & Associates for almost 3 years now and I get phenomenal service every time I call. Recently, my car was totaled in a not at fault accident and I had to buy a new car. I did not have gap coverage so my car payment of course went up and my premium did as well since it is a new car. I decided to shop around to save money because of the loss on car payment and insurance. I almost swapped to Geico but since the Customer Service here is exceptional I gave them a chance to find a new provider in there office for cheaper. I am glad I gave them that chance because they went above and beyond to save me money and give me excellent service!

I have worked with this agency through refinances, adding dependents, adding new adults onto their own policies and help in finding ways to save money. Every time LeBlanc is amazing with quick responses, ways to save and regroup and how to add and edit our policies with our changing family over the years! I have used leBlanc insurance for years. I tried to go to someone else briefly because I received a temporarily lower rate but of course it didn’t last and the service was terrible, so back to LeBlanc. I like talking to a real person and I always get the lowest rates because they can shop different companies! I doubt I will ever go anywhere else.

I've used Leblanc for about 5 or so years. Over all I am pretty satisfied. I usually shop with at least 2 other companies and no one else has ever been able to get a better deal for me. My only complaint is turnover. Every year I have to deal with a new person as it's always someone new who handles the business insurance. Sometimes it does take a while to get a return phone call. I see a review on here stating that they lost the right to do business with Travelers, but that is who we have had all this time so I don't believe that to be true. Could they do better? Sure, couldn't we all? But overall with all the agencies I have done business with, they have been the best.

Didn't realize how messed up our policy was till we had something stolen from our property. Then they claimed we called and cancelled the policy though oddly even the Bank who was financing the item never received a notice we cancelled if this were the case. Took this to the Insurance Department. Months of headaches fighting with them over this. We didnt get the full value of the item, but thankful the insurance company itself realized something went wrong and paid some of the coverage, then said we would have to go after LeBlanc for the rest. Bad experince
