Spoke to the gentleman yesterday to relay my concerns. In 20 years I've never had these types of issues with my clothes at any dry cleaner. It is of my opinion that corners are being cut, and customers aren't getting what they pay for. I've had two shirts with buttons ripped off because someone was too lazy. If I drop off 7 shirts, all unbuttoned, and one shirt happens to be buttoned on the collar, unbutton it folks. Don't just knock the button off. The clothes aren't being cleaned. They stink. It seems they are just being pressed. There are stains on three of my shirts from some unknown substance. I'm not sure what the folks at the "plant" are doing, what they are doing is a disservice. We don't pay hundreds of dollars to get these clothes cleaned to have someone on the back end then use that money to cut corners. Period.

This dry cleaners scorched a brand new pair of jeans and refused to replace them. I gave them two chances to try and remove the scorch marks and they were unable to do so. When I asked about replacing the jeans, they said they were not going to do anything else about it. I called to talk to the owner who refused to call me back. The only thing they offered is for me to bring them back again and allow them to try again to get the scorch marks out. Very disappointing.
