Firstly, at this shop, Ella is freaking awesome with her customer service skills and is a great addition to this location! Kure is the only shop I go to for everything I need. Their juice is always spot on, and even when I get brave and try a new flavor and regret it they swap it out for my usual flavor for free with no hassle at all. I accidentally washed my mod once, and they offered to swap it out as well! Unfortunately, I had thrown it away already dang it, but they never disappoint and always remind me why this is the only place I’ll ever go. Keep it up!

The guy working the closing shift on 2/7 ignored me sitting in the drive thru for 5 minutes (he was standing right next to me at the register) then walked away as soon as the clock hit 8:30 PM. I get that maybe he didn’t want to take one last customer before closing but come on dude, that’s next level laziness

Went in to get a vape and told the guy that i usually pay 20 for the same 30 dollar vape he sold me and he offered to price match if I had something to show him that it cost me 20! I could of done that but he was genuine and had great customer skills so I didn't even bother. Not many places even offer price matching. Great place to shop.

Wonderful store!!! I was visiting from out of state and ran out of my medical stuff so came here looking for some quality medicine. Kyle was extremely helpful and patient with me; explaining everything and which products were worth the money. I don't live here but this shop will definitely be my go to if I ever run out again while in town.

Love this vape store the workers are fantastic and now what they are talking about they have great customer service they don’t make you feel dum they have a reward system it’s like every dollar you spend you get so much points and they have warranty’s on a lot of things you will half to come in and see them you will never go anywhere else.
