My fiancé and I went to Kannard Jewlers this evening and I can see why this charming local business has 5 stars compared to the big name stores with a little over 3. Kit was so helpful, personable, and warm. We were not pressured into any sales. From being met at the door by their sweet German Shephard at the beginning, to leaving with a beautiful engagement ring at the end, it was a very pleasant experience.

Dropped off my wedding set to have the prongs re-tipped. The jeweler finished it in less that 3 hour and it looks beautiful!

Months after purchase, one of my wife's stones fell out. This was a custom piece, but even though I had moved to Savannah Ga, they payed a local master jeweler to do the repairs. Amazing folks here.

Kit was an absolute sweetheart and so kind to me and my fiancé when we came in recently to sell a piece that was difficult for us to part with in order to pay our bills. We were treated with respect and kindness by Kit and although we didn't get to meet Mr. Kannard, we were very pleased with our experience. Just wanted to leave this review to thank you and your business for treating us so well. It's hard to come by these days (unfortunately) and we're very happy to have come across your business. We really wanted to use the piece we sold as my potential wedding ring in the future but as I previously stated, we had no other options but to part ways with this ring in order to maintain our living situation. We will most definitely return in the future to purchase the perfect set of wedding rings for us both. Thanks again, Kit and Mr. Kannard!

We dropped off a ring (family heirloom) on Saturday, March 13th. The jeweler apparently didn't want to mess with it (Just a silver ring with opal in it), but we said we would pay their price ($80) to repair and polish it. It may not be worth their time, but they should have told us that up front. They sent it to another jeweler to polish the stone. It is April 7th and it is still not ready. My wife just called again and got the same 'It should be this week" we've gotten for weeks now. We have used them in the past and never had a problem. I seriously doubt we will be back and certainly would not recommend them.
