Both gentlemen were very professional and courteous. All of my questions and concerns were answered with thoughtfulness and expertise. I have never heard our garage door so quiet!!

Actually was expecting to pay higher price, but there price was very reasonable. Service Tech explained in detail what the problem was and provide solutions. Professional- 5 star
Customer service- 5 star.
