We were lied to multiple times by the owner and his wife! Lied to my wife about her ring. Owner said he had jeweler "on sight" , as we stated we DID NOT want our expensive ring sent anywhere.. Owner sent our ring to Texas!!! No calls to "ask or inform" us about sending ring out....Lied again when we returned a week later to pick up ring, about FedEx....Our ring did turn out beautifully, but with all the LIES,,I WOULD LOOK ELSEWHERE for a jeweler.

I am not one to normally write reviews, as I understand things occasionally happen. However, the experience I had with this business has prompted me to write one.I ordered my wedding band through this business back in September, and I was told at the time of ordering that I would need to just put any amount down for them to order it. To pick it up, I would need to just pay off the rest of it. They assured me the ring would arrive in time for our wedding in November.The ring did not arrive in time for the wedding in November. In fact, the owner of this business told me that their policy is to put half down for them to order it. Something completely different than what I was originally told at the counter. When I told them this is what I was originally told at the counter, what did they do? Passed the blame to the vendor they bought the ring from. Turns out also that they had the wrong date for our wedding written down.When the ring finally came in late November, it wasn’t even the right color! So I had to wait until about mid December to finally get my wedding ring I ordered. When I finally picked it up, was there any remedy to the situation or even an attempt at good customer service? Nope. In fact, they seemed stand-offish.The customer service at this business is severely lacking any accountability or goodwill. How would you feel if you didn’t have your wedding ring on your special day just because the business dropped the ball? If you think about ordering a ring here for a wedding, I would think twice. They might not even get your wedding date correct.

Travis and everyone at Jewels by Simpson are simply wonderful to work with! We first went to them back in 2017 and ever since then we have only ever gone there for jewelry purchases. We have never had a bad experience there and highly recommend them!

We went to Jewels by Simpson to order a men's wedding band that we saw online. When the ring came, the color contrast was nowhere near as pictured. We thought about keeping it anyway (confrontation is so uncomfortable!), but decided to bring it up to Travis, the store owner. I wasn't sure how he would react, but he actually agreed with us, and proceeded to call the manufacturer about the issue. Long story short, the manufacturer said they couldn't increase the contrast and we were able to exchange for a different ring, except this time, we based our decision on the live samples available in-store so that there would be no question as to what it'd look like. We really appreciate that Travis was willing to work with us. He is honest, knowledgeable, and personable, and it made for a very satisfying shopping experience!

This is my first time visiting jewels by Simpson. I find the owner very kind and knowledgeable. The location is in a nice shopping area that's easy to get to with plenty of parking. The inside the shop is laid out well and looks beautiful. They have a small children's area to keep little ones occupied. The owner was very helpful to me in separating my ring/guard that someone else welded together for me. It took him some time to accomplish the task and I was appreciative that he took it on because it was done in such a way that it required more effort. He is currently sizing some other rings for me. I also find his prices very reasonable. So far I'm very pleased.

We love Jewels by Simpson, every person you talk to is very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. I regularly get my rings checked here to make sure the prongs are still in good shape. They always make sure to give it a nice cleaning before giving it back. I have no complaints.

Travis helped me design a custom engagement ring that my wife constantly gets compliments on. I am extremely picky and Travis met and exceeded all of my expectations. I shopped all of the big box stores and Jewels by Simpson was the best value.
