I was a client for about two years. Initially, my experience was pleasant. However, my stylist began arriving late for my appointments (I was her first of the day). She never notified me that she was running late, and her tardiness (typically 20-30 minutes) unfortunately made me late for the rest of my day following my appointment. I ultimately switched to another salon because of my stylist's unapologetic, habitual problem with punctuality. I was always happy with my hair, but didn't enjoy being at the salon for three hours among the chaos and dogs that I was allergic to.
