It absolutely pains me to write a negative review about Jacki Cooper Mini service because I once thought maybe we have a decent honest shop compared to other dealership service departments.A few months ago, I had timing issues on my car which were under warranty. I will give them full credit for repairing the issue and fully honoring the warranty without problem.Fast forward, a couple months later, I brought my car in for regular service. I noticed it took them an exorbitant amount of time (over 2hrs) with an appointment to complete just an oil change but I thought maybe they were just busy. When I got my car back, I noticed a new warning light I didn’t come there with for a parking light. I informed the advisor about it and he made it seem like the car came in with that issue which it didn’t but since it wasn’t a super critical issue I let it slide since I valued their service from the first visit.Now, here we are today, the car has new engine issues so I decided to bring it in for a diagnostic and long story short - both myself and the dealership decided it would no longer be worth the fix. As I go to get my car, I notice a new warning light that I did not see before so I asked the service advisor what it was - she said it’s for an inactive control module. Thinking it wasn’t so critical, I decided to try to let it slide but as I start driving I notice my turn signals or lights don’t work so I quickly return and demand they look into it as all those things were working just fine before they took it into the shop. The advisor proceeds to tell me I brought it in like that and I adamantly asserted I did not.. to the point she calls in her manager who now comes with the compromise of offering to tow my car back to my home if I split the cost with him. I absolutely refuse and after a while he gets up, walks away and says “fine then, you pay for your own tow.” Folks, I kid you not - if my parents didn’t raise me to be a stand up guy I do not know how this day would have ended; but the fact that customer service is out the door and people try to take advantage is absolutely outrageous. If I was more messy, I would honestly consider suing this shop as I could pull evidence that on my way to the shop I was able to roll my windows down, use my signals etc as I had to stop and pay the toll. Live camera footage would be in my favor vs them trying to portray me as a liar that’s trying to get free service. And on that note, I feel so disrespected as a customer who has given them countless business, spent thousands of dollars which they have on record, only to be treated like a street wanderer looking for a freebie? The audacity for them to treat customers with such condescending, even degrading behavior is mind baffling.They did end up towing my car at full cost to them but it still doesn’t take away from the fact that they added an issue to my car (even if it’s an older car) that now I would have to absorb the cost to fix.I would not recommend their service. I know Minis are tricky to find good mechanics for but the integrity of Jacki Cooper leaves a lot to be desired.

My girlfriend Cara brought her Mini in for a few reasons and both Ben & Alex made us feel at home, making sure to take care of the car, but also in their keen relatability, we spent time talking about the brand, upcoming releases and off topic things as well. USED CAR BUYERS BEWARE. This dealership will lie and tell you what you want to hear in terms of the current condition of the used vehicle they are selling. It is normal for salesman to coax someone to purchase but committing CAR FRAUD is illegal and unetThey will tell you that all there Mercedes Benz are sent to All Star to be diagnosed, serviced and also go through a vehicle inspection. This was a blatant lie. And the deal would not have proceeded with the truth being told that the car was parked on that lot and sold from that lot without any mechanic looking over it. Within a 20 mile period I received a critical error for the engine coolant being low, and to anyone who does not know; this causes car engines to seize out and become ruined beyond repair.

Honestly save your time. I have been there looking at two different vehicles. The first one I ran home to get my car (Mabey 15min) to trade in and they inform me that it was sold. I was a little upset, went to walk around the showroom to possibly see if there was any other car I liked. The manager came up to me and let me know that the deal was off and the guy was no where to be seen so the car was mine. I was so happy, went to the office. After a few minutes he comes back in and tells me the guy was in the finance office. How could you not know that?? So I try to give them another chance. I was looking at another car that just got posted. They informed me it was in recon and I COULDNT GET IT. I went to all star where it was getting inspected to look at it. Me and my husband called and tried to track the car and the where abouts. Gary told us we could not have it until it got back. We told Gary and Martin to let us know progress and the minute it got back. (Yesterday)I text Gary this morning and he told me they sold it. I'm wiping my hands with this dealership. I've invested so much time for nothing.

We custom built the 2023 X3 xdrive 30i from Jackie Cooper BMW in May. On the day of pickup I wish they could be more prepared with paperworks when we arrived to pick up the car. If I have to guess weekend is slower than weekdays. It was a bit of waiting in the lobby with my friends who had to wait for us... Thirty-minute would be enough if it were a bit more organized. The X3 is awesome and a good deal was negotiated.

Picked up an oil filter from service, they gave me the wrong one on accident. I was upset and called up there. When I told them what happened, they delivered the right one to my house and made the mistake right. I will continue to do business Jackie Cooper

BEWARE BAIT & SWITCH SALES SCHEME!!! This is a warning to anyone looking to purchase a new BMW from this dealership. They will have you test drive a demo vehicle with all the bells & whistles, while telling you they've got a car exactly like it "in transit" to their dealership and take a $1000 deposit, (which they tell you is refundable). I fell for this sales tactic and once that car finally arrived, it was NOT the car that Ron (salesman) and I discussed. Ray (Sales Manager) informed me that I can order a new car thru them for a higher price and months-long wait, which I chose not to do, because I don't trust them after their slimy dealings initially. After Ray (Sales Manager) & Finance workers stated multiple times that they would refund my deposit, they reached out 16 hours later to say they will not refund my deposit, but hope I will choose to do business with them in the future. They are running a scam and I advise you to read & document every single item they present to you, because if you ask for a copy, they're going to ignore your request, like they did mine. I hope BMW USA is aware of the shady business practices going on here....I've never encountered anything like this. Any comment on this post by the dealer is an absolute lie and poor attempt to save their reputation.

I purchased my 2023 BMW X3 XDrive 30i (with the M-Sports Package) from Jackie Cooper BMW in February 2023. I actually ordered it in December 2022, selecting all the options and features I wanted, and I loved the experience! Earlier, I posted a review shortly after the purchase date complimenting Travis Snyder, my sales associate, and Chance Harn, the BMW Genius. I just want to update that review with additional kudos to Chance Harn, the Jackie Cooper BMW Genius, who has patiently helped me numerous times since then by taking all my calls, and answering all my "how-do-you-do-this" questions. I love the BMW technology, often compared to driving a laptop, and I refuse to not learn how to operate it, and thanks to Chance Harn, I will get there! Chance, I will likely talk to you again, soon. :) Thanks!

Jackie was excellent with us! Becky was great. Joel was awesome and Mini Genius Zach was very helpful . I've never experienced such top level service with a dealership before. Above and beyond. Then to show up to get some extra help and have Zach teach me a lot about my car after they fully detailed my car. They're just awesome. They even detailed right after I bought it and filled it up with a tank of gas all to take home. They have been there constantly to help me out through calls and texts. I knew I wanted a Mini but wasn't til I finally test drove and owned one that I realize how much I've needed this in my life. How unique they are, down to every little detail. It stands out just like my personality. I Love my Mini and this dealership. Will be back later to get a second one for my daughter when the time comes. Amazing customer service!!! I've been coming here to get my mini serviced for the past few years. From the very first appointment, the service team have been great. They all know I drive in from Tulsa and they are very respectful of my time. Rob and Alex always keep me up to date on what is happening with the car. The technicians are so thorough. I have no complaints about their work. When I get my car back, it's always as clean or cleaner than when I dropped it off. When I pick up my free courtesy vehicle from Ben, he always makes sure the car is full of gas and in the winters he warms up the car for me. He also talks be through any difficulties he thinks I will have with my rental. I didn't buy my car from this dealership, but when I came here to test drive a car, they were very nice. Super friendly and attentive without being pushy. The service center closes before the dealership. If I pick up my car after hours, the service team is always really nice. They try to be as helpful as they can.
