My girlfriend Cara brought her Mini in for a few reasons and both Ben & Alex made us feel at home, making sure to take care of the car, but also in their keen relatability, we spent time talking about the brand, upcoming releases and off topic things as well. Picked up an oil filter from service, they gave me the wrong one on accident. I was upset and called up there. When I told them what happened, they delivered the right one to my house and made the mistake right. I will continue to do business Jackie Cooper
