I love this place. Every time I’m here, which unfortunately is a lot lately, I’m met with great doctors, nurses, receptionists, techs, and everyone in between. I worked for Integris for many, many years and I miss it. It’s a family of caregivers, always ready to give their best.

When the pharmacist called me last week to find out who my doctor was.....three weeks after I turned in my request for my monthly prescriptions....I should have ended my relationship with this pharmacy....right then.So this month I went 24 days without this prescription....and as usual I had to move Heaven and earth to get it accomplished BUT of course the pre request from Sooner Care did not get sent, filled out or sent back....so I only get one third of my prescription.Month after month I turn in my prescriptions on the 1st and for the rest of the month I am chasing the prescriptions that did not get filled on the 1st. Calling the doctor’s office myself. Calling SoonerCare.Today I was told to find a different pharmacy if I think this pharmacy isn’t doing a good enough job. So I did.You tell me. On any given month I go without prescribed meds.....from 2 to as many as now 24 days a month.No solutions. No offer to at least try to do your job......just....if you’d don’t like it.....go away.There’s no reason a pharmacist should wait three weeks to “work on a prescription “. No acceptable reason anyway.What was once a well run, highly efficient pharmacy.....now just muddles on through.Thanks. But no thanks.It only takes one employee to sour a businesses reputation. This pharmacy has one of those types of employees.....one of the pharmacists.....this pharmacy has not been the same since she arrived and actually.....I’m grateful she invited me to go find another pharmacy. The quality of service since she arrived has gone right in the toilet. #OneBadApple

It would be helpful if pharmacy was open at least a few hours on a Saturday morning....had an ointment sent over on a Friday from doctor for horrible allergic reaction on face, found out I had to wait until Monday! Very itchy and painful, would have been nice to get that started ASAP?

My sister had an appointment with Dr. David Rhodes. Very helpful and knowledgeable. She was glad she came up to see him. Nice clean facility and helpful caring staff.

Tucked away on the Baptist Integris campus on 1-35 in Edmond, it is well worth the effort to find this small hospital pharmacy. The outstanding staff and quick service(with curbside service available) make this pharmacy an Edmond treasure. The head pharmacist takes the time to learn not only your name but your prescription history and is well above any normal standard for good care. Every person that works there is knowledgeable, polite and welcoming. Edmond's BEST pharmacy.
