Service was amazing. Workers were great.
Trying to call on the other hand?!? Good riddance. I need a receipt and it’s been impossible. I am, physically, going to have to drive there again, I guess. No way to figure this out because I can’t get a human on the phone.

Went to this location 4 times trying to get precheck. First time I went they were closed because their computers were down. Came back the next day and they were closed (that’s on me for assuming they would be open during regular work hours). Third time I made an appointment and was taken back 45 minutes late. Then they had technological problems AGAIN and said to come back another day! So I come back for a walk in. Sat there for an hour and a half, and they still couldn’t get me in. Please put on your website that you can’t take walk ins. And you know what, I’ll take the blame for this because literally why would I go back here 4 times. I’ve never written such a horrible review but this place made me go full Karen. And I just wish they would have acknowledged how frustrating this has been regardless of extraneous circumstances instead of just telling me to make another appointment.

Company cancelled my scheduled TSA appointment less than 24 hours beforehand; they emailed the notice and made no attempt to reschedule.

Frustrating when you make an appointment and they cancel on you the day before due to a random closure or hour change. Happened on more than one occasion. Just do a walk-in and hope that they’re open or try another facility.

My appointment was at 9:50am. I was told it is taking 10 minutes per person and there are 3 people ahead of me. That is counterproductive to setting an appointment.
I don't like to PAY to have my time wasted. I know they only have 1 person conducting the printing process, but if they are going to
hold someone hostage for 40 minutes...why schedule appointments?

Came in at a specified appointment time. We waited until we were called back and quickly got through our TSA Check process.A very pleasant experience and would highly recommend using this location!

Do not like the scheduling. Mine have failed several times due to thin skin. Calling in to schedule followups because the website doesn't give that option is so worthless. Take out the callback option because it doesn't work as said in the recording. Might as well stay on eternal hold the first time.

My visit with them went about as well as is possible. They had me in and out of there in 10 minutes. There was an automated QC check on every print, so ones that didn't pass muster could be redone on the spot rather than having them be rejected and a return visit. Impressive operation. We've come a long way from ink and paper prints at the police station. This is much better.One question... The medical board said do this first because it takes the longest and they were giving an estimate of 6-8 weeks for results. Identogo said 5 to 7 business DAYS for results. Not sure about the discrepancy and which will be right.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Website and signs are incorrect, waited 4 months for a letter in the mail that never came. Called and they admitted they were supposed to notify me by phone, they didn't. They admitted their sign should not state up to 90 day, but they forgot to take it down. Now I have to start the process over again, for another fee.
