Buying from Dave was thoroughly delightful, considering that I was a pretty demanding buyer and asked for everything to be done in a very quick timetable. We essentially saw the car (Honda Pilot) one afternoon, and then thought on it and other vehicles for a day. I wanted to have the car purchased and done by midday the following day, and Dave made it happen. He had some plans that he needed to take care of with his company, but totally re-aligned his day when I asked if he could make an exception with his time for my pregnant wife and me. He was so nice and willing to help us have the best experience. Thank you, Dave, for everything! We will be back if we need some advice or to talk about anything car-related because of your long experience in this industry!

I can only say we got a decent vehicle from this place. A couple of things that I feel should be mentioned. The day we arrived to look at the vehicle we had to wait approx 45 minutes or more for one of the employees to get back from "having it at the car wash." Upon returning we realized there were almost 500 more miles then when it was listed. So to me that says you are allowing your employees to joy ride in vehicles you have listed for sale. While we ran to the bank one of them did some sloppy outside wipe down of the outside because "there weren't any carwashes open that they could find". And then looking at the paperwork that came in the mail with the title today this guy honestly had us sign paperwork (which I remember signing paperwork with the most recent mileage 104,448?) with the miles that the vehicle was supposed to have 103,998. What in the world is really going on at this place? I thought with the few really good reviews I read that we would be in good honest hands. Needless to say that will be our last time doing business with this company. And if I'm not mistaken this is a consignment salesman. I would think twice about having this guy do your business.

I had an amazing experience! Who knew buying a car could actually NOT be stressful?? Chris and Dave from the get go were so nice and welcoming, and took the time to make sure I understood everything, and really just went over and above with the customer service. If and when I need a new car (waaaaay down the road now hopefully!) I know where I’m going! This is a team you can TRUST!
