We usually bank at the Portland branch or the north May branch, but we've stopped into this branch from time to time and have been treated with courtesy. Five stars!

IBC is the probably the worst bank imaginable. Go to literally any other bank in Edmond and you’ll have better luck, I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Lazy employees at the Santa FE location and they’ve put a hold on several of my checks over the entire weekend (fri-mon) causing countless problems for zero reason at all. I’ll be canceling my account and moving my money elsewhere coming Monday.

Very poor service. My wife went there today and waited 10 minutes at the drive thru that had an open light sign on and no one greeted or attended to her. She went inside and told the teller about it and she didn't apologize or give any reason whatsoever. We won't be coming back to this location anymore.

We just moved and are near the bank so I opened a new account. On the 7th day after opening the account I tried to draw cash from the ATM and said zero balance so I went inside to ask why and a snarly heaver set women said "we hold your funds for 11 days:. I was not told this when signing up and would not have opened the account under those conditions. At a time where everything can be done electronically in one day, totally unacceptable. Closing the account today. Sorry they do not have zero stars.

The drive through is sooo slow. I could be the only car there and wait 15 minutes. If you want to withdraw from your account you have to go inside?? I'm 6 feet from the window and I have my Id. I'm not trying to get a ton of cash either. There is usually one or two tellers for the front and back.
