We didn't feel like we were being rushed.They have excellent customer service, I'm from out of town ,but when we come back to visit my In Laws, we'll go see, Paige and Andrew.For the last 3 days we've been to all the Lowe's and Home Depot in the surrounding area. This is the ONLY Home Depot that we were made to feel welcome... we talked like we have been friends for ever.After we paid and walked out to my truck, my brother in law, realized that they had the wrong address, therefore we went back inside to get it changed. “We were very close to giving Lowe's a bad review. Because the first person who delivered a new refrigerator we ordered made a lame excuse he couldn't disconnect any refrigerator with copper wires. We had a plumber disconnect the old refrig and connect the new refrig. But here is the hero of our story. A young Black gentleman who was VERY courteous, and industrious, and fast named James came and picked up our old refrigerator away on a late and dark Saturday night. He was incredibly kind young gentleman and got a HUGE refrigerator through the tight doorway without hurting anything in our home. If we ever have something delivered to our home from Lowe's or taken out James is the guy we want, a hard working and courteous young man. James was the difference between a ZERO star review from our family and the 5-star review we are giving now. James, if you are out there, Thank you Bro!!!!”
