I stopped in this store for the first time today to get some recommendations on a specialty food for my 2 new rescued Labradors. Whitney was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and helpful, answering all of my questions. Thank you for your guidance and assistance. I would recommend this store to anyone needing an informative purchase. Maggie went above & beyond to help me over the phone when I was home with my sick Mini Aussie. She helped me walk through several products then pulled them so my son could come by and pick them up for me so I didn’t have to leave her.
Whitney has always been beyond helpful with everything from treats to leashes to flea/tick spray for our babies and our walks!
I’ve frequented the N & S OKC HF stores but Edmond is by far superior when it comes to delivering amazing service!
