One of a kind gym for all ages and exercise types! We were in town for the weekend and we’re looking for a place to train. Jim welcomed us to his gym and so glad we were able to train there! All the equipment you could want, clean, and best of all a genuine person!

Best gym in Edmond - turf area, boxing equipment, good racks and rogue equipment, air conditioned cardio and machine area - place has got it all, while still feeling local and friendly. Definitely will recommend to anyone in the area seeking a gym.

Hands down the best gym in the area. Jim (the owner) is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in all realms of fitness.
