Went in for a haircut and no line. Which was awesome. I was in and out in about 15 minutes with a haircut.

I won't be coming back to this place. This is the second time I have been disappointed with it. I brought my daughter in and asked for a shampoo and haircut with layers. The stylist just started cutting on my daughters thick wavy hair while it was dry, she didn't even spray it. The layers aren't even visible and she took off mostly length. She then shampooed her hair after the cut. We are very disappointed.

This is the third time I've been to Great Clips and left with a subpar hair cut that looked like my grandchildren had cut it. When you walk into the establishment and see the only three stylist watching one of the 3 cutting hair as long as I am tall and none of which look very confident in what they are doing that's when I should have turned and walked out. Nope, again I give them another chance to cut my hair. Let's just say, I won't be going back to Great Clips. I have only had one stylist from there do a great job and her name is Alex. She's no longer with the company. She moved on to bigger and better thing's. I will be looking for a salon that I know who will be cutting my hair each time I walk in and with no surprise hairdos. The only thing Great about Great Clips is Great disappointment.

I took an elderly lady waited in parking lot about 50 minutes total. She was very pleased with her hair and the service.

Salon is clean and conveniently located. The app is easy to use and with checking in ahead of time there was a short wait. Finally, great haircut!
