Ordered item and received confirmation of order. No communication from seller, took numerous calls before phone was answered only to be told they no longer have item. Very poor communication, why advertise an item you can't sell, why accept an order you can't fill?

I ordered a few items at the beginning of the week and received an automatic confirmation email of the order. After several days, I checked the order status and it is still pending. My account was not billed so I emailed the company to no avail. I don't care if this is a huge corporation or just some guy out of his garage, communication is a must.
